I had to ask for the supervisor to be there for them to actually do a decent job and when they were there they broke a 53 year old ceramic music box, tried to hide it and then when I contacted them on a Saturday- they said they don't work Saturdays. Did they ever respond on Sunday? No. Did they ever apologize? No. Did they try to pay for the damage ? No. They just ghosted me. They broke my daughter's shower door- pulling it off the hinges. They also broke an old oil lamp dating back to the 1800's. They also seemed shocked when I said I can speak some Spanish (I understand way more), and my daughter consistently told me that they were saying bad things about us... all in all--HORRIBLE. I am sorry I said anything nice about them before. Not only are they terrible cleaners - they're terrible humans.

After that things went down hill quickly. We were told when we signed up for every 4 week cleaning that we would have the same person. That did NOT happen. The cleanings were okay but they were not great like the first time. When I reached out to Rachel to let her know what was missed and what we wanted I did not even get a response. I asked her to call me and never got a call. Today was the last straw for me. I got an email this morning at 10 that they were coming out to clean tomorrow and that we had to cancel 48 hours in advance. That makes absolutley no sense! I texted her and she basically told me she could not have them not come. After texting back and forth she relented that no one would come. I do not feel I should have to argue about this late notice and add to that our every 4 week cleaning should be on or about January 9th so why she even had us in on December 28th while we are on vacation is a mystery. So, to sum it up: I am very unhappy with the communication and somewhat with the quality of cleaning. Add to it, that she has total control of your credit card is a big mistake!
