Clean. Empty. Slow. Decent. 2 hr wait times from arrival to leaving including in the exam room…read more Confusing entry to parking lot. We were one of two patients, both waiting for a while. Nobody came in or out of the building + parking lot almost destitute. Waited for two hours, there were three workers. We waited for two hours total during the entirety of the visit. The physician came in, checked it out, said it was probably a cold, prescribed cold medicines and left. We were told we can leave when we're ready, and when we did, all of three of them were chatting (not including receptionist, who was at her station at the front counter throughout all the visit). There was nobody else there patient wise (nor we did we see any other employees) :/ The place looked clean, the building was very empty, eerie. The care quality did not lack anything in particular. I noticed nothing that snagged my attention in a negative manner other than waiting for two hours to get prescribed cold medicine. I'm giving four stars because (pro) it was sanitary, (con) long wait times, and (pro) we were prescribed medicine. It's okay and fairly decent if you don't mind wait times. There's always wait times anyways for clinics. Not shady. Clean. Only noticed trash in the trash can :) Clean parking lot. Wait time is a simple annoyance, nothing more. (Only one patient in your party being seen + there's only one other patient in the building = two hours wait time for our visit) If the parking lot and lobby look empty, you'll be good. Not sure about care experience if busier.

First of all let me start by saying this is by far the most compassionate and experienced doctor I…read morehave know!! I met several other people in the farragut area that have mentioned what a privilege it is to have Doctor Laug and his staff serve our kids. My kids started seeing Dr Laug over 10 years ago. My youngest daughter was on a daily antibiotic that our New Orleans doctor was on for request UTI. Dr Laug immediately took her off of it and she was great! Several times children's hospital misdiagnosed my kids with things like ear infection or something else that Dr Laug said wasn't accurate. My oldest daughter was passing out and Dr Laug asked the right questions to discover it was due to diving and impact of hitting the water. Just today my oldest went in for a flu test and doctor Laug had enough experience to show us how the flu test has a flaw since we discovered it early enough he had to raise the test up against the light and read the type A flu reading from underneath. That's experience that is a privilege to be around! Dr Laug wakes up at 3 am and reads each day about the newest medical discoveries that benefit his patients just because he deeply cares. One more point is the office staff Stephanie and Kelly. They absolutely LOVE what they do and care about my kids as much as I do. The one thing I thank God for every day when moving to farragut is finding Dr Laug. He doesn't often have space for your kids but if you beg and beg I hope you appreciate them serving your family. I also have to mention I am SHOCKED this Daniel C lunatic gave Dr Laug a one star rating because his "almost nutrition certified wife" thought she knew more than the best doctor I've ever met in my life. Just goes to show what imbeciles exist in this world. How ignorant can someone be.

My kids have been going to Marta since 2020. We followed her from karns pediatrics because we love…read moreher that much. They can always get us in quickly and will even work us in if their schedule is full and the symptoms are concerning. My 4 yr old runs and gives her a hug every time she sees her. Just the other day 4 yr old needed a steroid and they had a drinkable steroid instead of a shot. The nurse made her and my daughter 'lemonade' and got her to drink all of it. It was fantastic. She's always been awful about taking medicine. As for my 3 month old I knew she wasn't feeling good and Marta ran every test to figure it out and make me feel better. A month ago she had an awful UTI that caused her to be in the hospital a few days so I've been extra paranoid when she doesn't feel good. Marta knew that and did everything she could to give me reassurance. She wasn't even on call this weekend but she still called me with the lab results. The girls at the front are awesome. They are very sweet. Molly always waves at us. My 4 yr old always asks for stickers and they will dig out the specific princess she wants. I've been having issues with our insurance and the front desk girls gave me information to fight the insurance. The nurses are great too. They have awesome bedside manners and always make it fun especially for my 4 yr old. My 4 yr old needed to go to the bathroom and the nurse didn't hesitate to offer to hold my 3 month old so I could help her. All of this to say, I feel like they always go above and beyond for my family and I'm forever grateful for all of them. Just a side note they are a vaccine mandatory practice. It is a non negotiable so if you are wanting not to vaccinate or delay just don't leave a nasty review. They are very up front about this. It's their choice to have that policy just as much as it's your choice not to vaccinate so find a practice that aligns with your values and don't bash them for their policy.
