Dr. Morris goes out of his way to make sure his patients are taken care of and parents minds are at ease. This is not the kind of doctor that leaves work at work. You can absolutely tell this practice is a life's work for him! He stays late and gets the job done ! As for cleanliness, gloves are always on and changed when evaluating our toddler.

He has always listened to me thoroughly and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions I may have. Outside of office hours he has listened to my concerns and helped me navigate my children's sicknesses in years past. The office staff have always been incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful as well. Importantly, my children are comfortable with Dr.Morris and the whole staff. It took an hour to get her to calm down but they spent that EXTRA time to console her and we were able to get through it. They are able to schedule kids fairly quickly for basic office visits, however you should plan to wait once you arrive for your appointment. Can't get an appointment when needed? From 2-4 pm, they do walk-in urgent care visits as well. We found this very convenient, as opposed to going downtown to Children's and paying ER prices. The providers are all great with kids-patient, gentle, and kind. I appreciated them asking questions and providing options/solutions that our pediatrician didn't consider. Our son was in a lot of pain and they persistently did scans and bloodwork to get to the bottom of the (non-obvious) issue at hand. The only reason for 4-star instead of 5? The wait for pre-scheduled appointments can still be lengthy and we were told our son had a cow's milk allergy a few years back, which we have omitted. His recent GI provider said a milk allergy not a thing and we would retest him to see what dietary changes are needed, if any. They called promptly to let us know the results of bloodwork and clearly provided next steps. However, we left four voicemails (called during office hours with no answer) before someone called us back to schedule the needed colonoscopy for our kiddo. To sum it up...thorough, compassionate care but a wait for appointments.

They were absolutely swamped but I personally still felt that they had an organized system that was very conscious of patient and staff health. They even have a few exam rooms that have outside/separate entrances and will call you in from waiting in your car. Now that many precautions are lifted, it seems wait times are more normal. I checked in (Oct. 2022) on the Solv app via my phone and it shows wait time and where you are in line. The office called me when they were ready for me to come into the lobby and head back for vitals. It was right at my scheduled appt. time. Front desk staff was very friendly. Then, Pam brought me back and took my vitals prior to April heading in to examine me and chat about symptoms and causes. She was very thorough, patient, and kind. Sometimes, you feel like just another number in a medical office, but it is clear this staff genuinely cares about patients and their health. I only came to urgent care because my GCP is booked out several weeks(even for sick visits) and I was miserable. However, April mentioned several people use her at UC instead of a general care practitioner...and I'm not surprised. Co-pay might be pricier at a UC facility but the experience was as painless as a doc visit can get. I will only use this office when I have an urgent care need instead of others closer to home.

Upon arrival the ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Although once we arrived into our room, it was absolutely filthy. The cabinets were covered in some sticky residue, the walls were also covered in nastiness including the one directly behind the table, and the table she was expected to sit on was covered in glitter. Thankfully I wiped down everything just incase my daughter were to touch it. After waiting for about 30 minutes we were told it was a viral infection without running any tests and told us "I will not be prescribing her any medications due to the fact i'm not her doctor". Needless to say this place needs to actually care about their patients instead of running through them like they don't exist. Start cleaning your rooms properly so viruses don't spread. Dr French wants to do the basic work and then go home and not think about his job or his patients. I kind of think he wants to not think about his patients when they're in the room too. My previous doctor never charged me for this, so I will be returning to them as a patient. I also called the office for clarification, but unfortunately Dr. Abraham has not returned my call.
