After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. I hate snow! I hate winter! I hate this weather!…read more After getting my car stuck in the snow (now ice), I called for service pickup an hour before I needed to leave for work. Car came 5 mins before time I stated and waited patiently outside. Car was fairly new and clean inside. Driver of car #188 was courteous. Asked if it was ok if he smokes. Hmmmmm. No. I just showered and do not really appreciate smelling like cigarettes coming in to work. At least he asked right? We did, however, had issues passing by my bank which is two blocks away from where I work so I can pay him. Telling me it will be an additional $5 if I do that plus tip. He then suggested that I pay with a credit card but he doesn't have the machine for it. I had to call dispatch to have it processed and it wasn't even a quick transaction. Took about 10 mins sitting in the car waiting for confirmation. Other than that, I had an ok experience and would most likely call them again if I get into another car bind. *crossing my fingers it doesn't happen*

What he should've said was " I don't have a car available now" . I waited 40 minutes and called them back and was told "5 more mins". It was 20 mins and as the car pulled up to the curb, I was phoning the doctor's office to make sure they'd still honor my appointment because now I'm going to arrive LATE. - The office manager told me "no" because the doctor was fully booked and he needed to leave to go to another facility. She rescheduled me for the following week. - This Car Service is the one my doctor's office recommended and I've used them in the past with no issues. So this was disappointing because I had to tell the driver I wasn't taking the ride. - So I'm giving 3 stars based on this inconvenience caused by the miscommunication.
