Extremely unprofessional and negligent. I needed ONE shirt printed for my daughter's birthday party on 10/12/24. I gave them the shirt and the picture on 10/01/24. We had a storm hit the area on 10/7-10/9. I return to go get my shirt on 10/16/24 assuming it would be done because it had been over a week and the owner had promised me it could be done in 24 hours. Shirt was not done. Okay, maybe they had a hard time during the storm, I thought. They told me it would be done in the next 10 mins, they send a proof, I give them some edits assuming my shirt would be done in the next day or so. I return on 10/18, SHIRT IS STILL NOT DONE. At this point I ask for my shirt back and don't even bother with a refund. Owner didn't even offer me a refund nor apologize for not completing the service. Run do not walk FAR away from this business. I visited this location recently because I wanted some embroidery done on a jacket. I dropped the jacket off June 15 to get some embroidery work on it. During that time I was told that it would take at least two weeks , no problem. I paid $150 to get the jacket embroidered. I called a week into the timeframe just to get a quote on something else never once was told that my jacket had not even been started. Today I called to see if my jacket was done as we are now at the two week mark during the call the person on the phone could not locate my order, so then I said call me back once you find it. I need this order because I was told two weeks I need it for next Saturday. Same person called me back told me that it would be an additional two weeks and basically there is nothing that they could do. I called again and stated that that was unacceptable. If it hadn't been started to give me the jacket back, I would go somewhere else. I was told at that point that they could not refund me or stop the work because of the jacket had already been started. I don't understand how half a jacket can be completed, and it will take another two weeks for the rest of the jacket to be completed, however I kept calling and I stated whatever half you have done that's fine. I will pay for it. I need my jacket. I need to take it somewhere else. I called one last time at 4:30 on a Friday evening to find out about what half of the jacket have been done and was been told that my apologies. The jacket hasn't even been started so my jacket has said in a drawer for two weeks with nothing done to it. so I asked for refund and state that I am coming to get my jacket. I am told that they don't know if they can refund me because they have to ask the work had not been completed. What do you mean you cannot refund me. So I didn't proceed to ask do I need to follow chart credit card charge back because the work hasn't been done you didn't do the work why would I pay you $150 to hand me the exact jacket back. drive to get the jacket they pull the jacket out of the drawer. They put it in when I arrived two weeks ago and no work has been done to it so now I sit and wait. I'm told that a refund has been initiated. I will give it two business days to see if a refund has been initiated. If it has not I will file a chargeback. Either way I will never be back. read more

I was reluctant to order a custom shirt because I was fearful that it would cost extra to get it faster, there would be some astronomical minimum order number, or/or they wouldn't get what I wanted and I would have to provide all artwork. Beware Purchased school shirts from this business for my child who started private daycare. After one week of wearing them and washing them (as instructed on the tags) the shirts he wore shrunk tremendously. The polos are way shorter than the one that wasn't washed and the cotton t-shirt is not able to be wore now since it's so short; it shows my son's stomach. These shirts were not cheap. $90 for toddler shirts should have lasted longer than one week! I reached out to the store and their response was below: I'm sorry to hear that you had this problem, we haven't received any complaints of shrinking from the other parents. These are the shirts that (facility location removed) picked out to use, we just decorate them. The care tags do recommend that they are washed cold and tumble dried low. Unfortunately we cannot do anything to fix this issue. As a company owner, that's not how you handle business nor how you fix a situation. read more

Returned to store and was advised that they will reapply the vinyl to a new style shirt that they will order, but I need to pay $20. read more

I spoke to Nate and asked him if he was able to help me put my thoughts on a t-shirt. I gave him a rough idea over the phone and had let him know that I needed it very soon. He said that is was not a problem and asked me to come in. I ran in quickly during my lunch break and told the lady that was helping me that my time was very limited. Within a few minutes she was able to create a design even better than I had in mind. I had concerns like, will it be on time, will my idea be proportioned on a large shirt and will it look good. This is the most difficult to place to deal with I have ever encountered. They have ZERO customer service. When I called to get information, I was told to place the order via e-mail. No problem. Except their email was down and they wouldn't take the order any other way. Not even by fax. They finally gave me another email address to use, but then I had to continually call and email them to find out what was going on. I had a deadline for the product and they kept telling me, you will hear from us by a certain point, and I never did. I also kept getting the "we are so understaffed and behind" speech. If a place is understaffed and behind, don't tell me you can get something done for me in my time frame if you can't! I will NEVER use this place again. I would rather pay more for an on-line service that is dependable and doesn't give you the run around. read more

Kat took the team logo pdf I brought in and ran with it, resizing elements and making everything look better than I expected. Then she added our grandson's jersey number and name to the back. The colors are so vibrant, they really pop. I was out the door with 3 shirts in about 30 minutes flat. When trying them on at home, I noticed the main element was slightly off-center (not Kat's doing, it came that way). When I went back, she solved the problem in a flash. Great service! We can't wait to show them off at the ice rink tomorrow. My grandson is beyond thrilled with his personalized tee and can't wait to share it with his teammates.
