This past summer my grandson and I had an opportunity to visit the MASH facility. I didn't have the money to sign him up at that time. I wanted him to have an outlet for his frustrations. He is not processing the grief of his grandfather who passed away May 25th 2022. I finally signed him up and he had his first class yesterday. When he came out he was so pumped and so energetic. This place is great. Strong ties and programs from Gracie (Helio) Jiu Jitsu. They are laid back, no egos, but strong in competition and self defense BJJ. So friendly! I love this gym! My youngest does jujitsu and I do the morning boot camp (when my morning routine allows). The boot camp is pretty intense, but Andre (the instructor) allows you to go at your own pace. He is patient, has a great sense of humor, and makes sure you are pushing yourself. It really makes a great start to my day. I love the class and the instructors that work with the kids. They are patient, stern, and the group is diverse that they work with. This is a review of the boot camp classes. So I have visited Mash Gym via a Metabody promo. Classes start at 6am on 3 days a week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with a 8:30am Saturday class too. The interesting part of these classes is that they are done on a mat bare foot or with socks. The entire floor is covered in the squishy mat, which is also used for Mixed Martial Arts. The boot camp class instructor is encouraging and keeps the class lively. We did army crawls, kicked bags, rope battles, stretching and some other things. The classes were listed at $99/month and there were some regulars there who drove as far as Novi to workout at the gym. I thought it was cool and they have a weight area where people were going hard at 6am. Even grandma was lifting weights and doing sit-ups. The top floor has cardio equipment and they have martial art classes in the evenings. read more

This gym is amazing! They really care. The members are more like family. Very accepting of everyone. We have been members for the past 7 years, but have known the owners for 14 years. The personal trainers are great too. Be prepared for a butt kicking. Good amount of women train here too so it's not so intimidating when you walk in and expecting to see just a room full of men. This place is great. I did their boxing conditioning program for a few months and loved it. A lot of the members are MMA fighters or training to go pro. It's a good mix of ages and skill levels. You don't need to be a fighter to come here. I highly recommend you check this place out. They offer Jujitsu, Muay Thai and boxing. read more
