They had other prescheduled work that had to be done, before they could get to mine. That's to be expected. But I had a rental car meanwhile. Not only did they repair everything to perfection, they detailed the inside. It looks like new! I don't know about these negative comments by others. I have always gotten great service here! I make sure they know how appreciative I am and talk to them kindly. And guess what? They treat me the same!

The gift card has no expiration date and, per Pennsylvania law, should be valid for five years. However, when my father called Mr. Bailey to schedule the service, he was told the gift card would not be honored. Worse, Mr. Bailey became belligerent and even cursed at him! This experience was deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Refusing to honor a paid gift card and treating a customer so poorly is unethical and feels like theft. I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

The first time they wrapped it they made a ton of mistakes as per the pictures. They did take it back into their shop two times to fix it and it's still not right! This company does not know what they are doing. It's a bunch of boys who don't come to work on time, as I had to wait for them when I had appointments. It lists their hours 9-6 but no one is there until at least 10:30. They are very unprofessional as when I went to pick up my car the last time, I met the 4th or 5th owner and he had me parked outside in the dark, in a tree. I couldn't even see what they did as it was dark & the drivers side had a tree on it, I could hardly get in my car! They told me I could bring it back for free anytime something happened to it in the future but I never want to deal with them again. Total nightmare!
