My experience has been nothing but wonderful. I do deal with Shyndy 100% of the time, but I've honestly never met her or anyone else in the office in person. I've done 100% of my business with them over the phone and via email. That's due to MY preference, not because they require me to stay far away...at least I don't think they do!
