BIG mistake. They signed me up for a dental credit card so I could pay off the cost over time. All three teeth broke off at the gum line within a year! I had a huge debt with nothing to show for it. It took me years to pay off the debt with nothing to show for it. Do not use a healthcare credit card. They trap you in a high interest product.

I felt heard, seen, and well cared for. I had the privilege of being under the care of Dr. Lily and I do not ever want another dentist. I mean, Dr. Antoine is super nice, but I am a Dr. Lily fan. I had to have a root canal and then we did veneers for my two front teeth. I had to wear temporary teeth until my veneers were finished and mine kept coming out. Although the quality of the work is excellent, their business practices lack ethics. Being the financially responsible party, I expected a COMPLETE itemized statement of possible costs to complete the process. The doctor, and office manager knew full well that she had extensive bone loss in her lower jaw, but not once did anyone tell us the possibility of having to remake the lower denture to complete the process!!! I did my financial planning based on the information the office manager, Cindee provided. Kansas Perio did the implants and grafting in her lower jaw. It wasn't until all this work was completed that we were told a new lower denture needed to be done. I was expecting to pay the last 5,900 dollars that Cindee originally provided to finish the process. Now that has ballooned to $8,439!! To me, this is unacceptable but I guess that's how Auburn Dental wants to handle patients. Cindee's explanation to me for not being told by her, or the doctor, of the possibility of this extra cost, as they don't want to scare off patients from getting dentures done!!! Auburn Dental has all these great reviews, but if you have a more complicated case watch out!! To me, it was extremely clear now that it was probably better than an eighty percent chance of needing the lower remade because of all the grafting and I should have been told!!!

I found every single staff member I interacted with very friendly. Shocked people are saying rude staff. I found them all to be kind and patient and willing to answer my questions. (And I ask a lot of questions I like to be very involved in my treatment and understand everything) The doctor was really kind and professional. He made sure I was very comfortable the whole time. Which I really appreciate. He let me know what he was going to do before he would do it, he would tell me what I could feel or expect before as well. Zero complaints I truly don't believe health care workers and doctors and just "rude" to be rude. I really found not an ounce of rudeness from any staff member. Think it's what you make of it. But I will confidently say that's now what I experienced. I opted to stay awake with the Dr approval and they accommodated and I'm very grateful I don't like to be put under or twilight sleep procedures. ( although I'm grateful these options are around for people with high anxiety when it comes to dentist) My nurse or dental assistant (so sorry I don't know the actual term) was very nice. She got me comfortable and numbed up and chatted with me til it was time the Dr came in and gave me shots to numb me up. Didn't feel much of anything. 10 mins later he came back made sure I was numb and I'm not kidding like 3 seconds and my tooth was out haha. Man's my hero. Such a painless procedure. Not that I would want anymore of my teeth removed, but heaven forbid I did, I'm racing back here haha. I found everyone professional, this office is freaking clean, which makes you feel good when you're about to have oral surgery. Day 2 post op, feeling great. What a breeze. Literally thank you to the Doctor and his staff. I kept my tooth too.
