Inside, this place is so cohesive and "put together". That the whole time I was there I never picked up on the fact that it is actually comprised of over 100 different vendors. The place just flowed so smoothly and so beautifully. It's huge, so it flowed for over 12,000 square feet. I saw everything from home decor, bath & body products, jewelry, clothing, a place to customize olive oils, candies, nuts, and more! They have a floral area where you can select dried or fresh flowers by the strand, jewelry, hair accessories, cards, shoes, home decor, candles and clothes. The atmosphere is relaxed with upbeat music playing in the background. Esther mentioned upcoming workshops that will take place next door. They offer gift wrapping and will wrap your flowers which is a lovely touch. I picked up some dried flowers and a card. They encouraged me to explore local shops across from them. They have a small parking lot in the front and street parking is available. I look forward to returning when I'm in the area.

First, I had gotten several calls having to repeat my order because either they forgot it or they needed to "transfer my order to another designer" (another way to ask what my order was). When my wedding day came around, they over delivered FIVE extra bouquets and charged me EIGHT times the amount!! As many brides know... your wedding day is very busy, so I was preoccupied when the flowers were delivered, so I was unaware until it was too late. The extra bouquets never got used, and the owner of Nana's place would not cooperate with me. I called her to sort things out, she was very defensive and mean. I decided to call back another time (to give time to cool down) and we agreed to meet in person the following weekend to discuss. Well, I drove over to her shop that following weekend, and her assistant told me she decided to take the day off!! This is absolutely no way to run a business!! I could keep going on, but in the end, she took advantage of me...took my money and ran! There is nothing I can do about it, so I am hoping that this review helps any future customers from the hassle and anger.
