The biggest liar and fraud. I am new in United States and I called for dental cleaning and they told me that it will cost $378 which I paid with my debit card as soon as I arrived at his office. The girl put toothpaste on my teeth and flossed my teeth and told me that the dentist Massod Cajee will clean your teeth. When he came to clean my teeth he told me that I should come again after a month and he will clean my teeth for free because the $378 was for two times which meant first time deep cleaning and second time quick cleaning. After a month they called me and I reminded them about the free cleaning I was told by them. They made an appointment and when I went for cleaning, I once again told them that I was getting the free cleaning that they had told me about it. They did not charge me like the first time. My teeth were quickly cleaned. I went to New York for a few months as part of my work and when I returned I saw collection notices that I owed Massod Cajee $153. When I called them, the lady said that the woman responsible for fees wasn't present so I went to their office and spoke to Massod Cajee. He told me that they do charge for the second time but I told him that he had advised me to come for second cleaning eventhough I only wanted one time cleaning. He told me to speak to that woman in charge of billing and she can take care of things. When I spoke to the billing lady next week she told me that I had to pay or if I didn't pay then they will remove my name from their office and I could not get service from them again. I told her to remove my name because I didn't want to pay the $153 which was unfair and she said she would do that. It has been 3 years and I am still getting notices from collection companies asking me that I owe this fraud money plus every few months I get letters, emails and text messages from Masood Cajee's office telling me that I should go for cleaning cuz my time is up for cleaning. I just want to remind people to be very careful with this fraudulent person cuz he is nothing but a con artist. He acts like a religious person but in fact he is a devil and a liar. I wish I could not give him even one star cuz he doesn't deserve anything. read more

Like most I've searched for dentists through yelp and came across Mas'ood Cajee which had some solid reviews, so I thought I'd give them a shot after calling a few other places. When I called, I asked if they do cleaning I was greeted with a pretty snarky remark as she responded with "Yes we do, we are a dentist". I told her I asked because as I was calling around some of the other dentist and some only did specifics such as braces only and so forth. Her tune changed pretty quickly as she told me they do pretty much everything. I was pretty skeptical after the initial conversation but wasn't deterred and scheduled an appointment. Easy to find, walked into a very clean professional environment and was greeted by a very kind receptionist which gathered my information and was quickly prompted to a nurse who took my x-rays. After my x-rays I followed her to the doctors office who was very nice and accessed my teeth. He explained very clearly and came up with a game plan to tackle any issues that we came across. He was very heads up when it came to any pain and sensitivity of my gums (as its been a while since my last check up) and was a quick smooth ride for the initial cleaning of my teeth. They seem to have the latest tech as well as I experienced some for the first time. This team is very passionate about their profession and very good at what they do. You can tell right away between good dentistry and bad dentistry if you experienced terrible doctors as I have. The best customer service I have experienced since I moved to USA from Canada. I had my wisdom tooth taken out by Dr. Cajee and he was beyond amazing and very talented. I was treated with so much care. I felt like I was in Canada, the outstanding customer service, caring for their patients, making sure I was very comfortable and wasn't feeling any pain, as well as having a nurse to hold on to while I was afraid of my wisdom tooth being pulled out. I called few places and they didn't have any doctors available to take me, the wait for being Diagnosed was 3 days then I called Dr Cajee and Dr Masood office, despite the fact they were fully booked thé receptionist was so understanding and she tried to take me the same day for diagnosed and quickly fit me To Dr Cajee schedule to take my tooth out the next day. They are just amazing I won't go anywhere else for my teeth other than them. When I finished with my surgery I was waiting for my Uber the staff was so generous they offered to drive me home so I told them thanks my Uber driver is on the way. This is a review for my appointment today (4/3/2019) for routine cleaning. Cara, my dental hygienist is always professional, very good communicator and super friendly. She's very knowledgeable and explains whenever I have questions regarding oral health/hygiene. She always makes me feel comfortable, takes time cleaning my teeth, and does a great job every time! Dr. Cajee to me is the best dentist I have. Today, I had an incidental finding that my dental filling is coming off. Although Dr. Cajee is busy, he took the time to fix my dental filling. I always feel very minimal discomfort every time Cara and Dr. Cajee perform any dental procedure on me. They know my dental history very well, perform thorough assessment, perform interventions as needed, and they educate me how to improve my overall dental health. Julie and the other ladies at the front desk make sure that appointment scheduling and billing are taken care of. Based on my observation, as what others have mentioned, Dr. Cajee and all the staff have great team work. I recently took my daughter in for an emergency. I called after hours and their call center booked me an appointment for the for the next day in the afternoon my daughter was having pain and I asked the person I spoke with to see if the office could call me when they opened and move her appointment up.. dr cajee called me himself not long after I booked the appointment and let me know I could bring her in earlier! The office is clean the staff is friendly and very welcoming. I was very pleased with our visit. Dr. Cajee took his time and explained the work he was going to be doing to my daughter in a way that did not frighten her (she is 7). The assistant and Dr. cajee did an awesome job! I also work in the dental field and I can tell you not all dentist are that kind and compassionate with children this office really did an outstanding job. Dr. Cajee and his staff are courteous, caring, friendly, professional & wonderful people.They are flexible and helpful when changing appointments or deciding on treatment options. Dr. Cajee is a kind, professional and very easy to communicate with and listens to his patients needs and concerns with great acumen. He takes his time to make sure you understand everything he is doing and that he'll let you know exactly how something is going to feel before he start working on your teeth. I felt welcome when I walked through the door, and greeted by name. The office runs calmly, smoothly, efficiently, and I'm always seen on time. I was in the state visiting my mom, and a broken tooth that I had started bothering me. I'm not real big on going to the dentist, but I just couldn't take the pain anymore. I searched for oral surgeons, and Dr. Cajee has the best reviews. You can't always trust the reviews, but they are spot on. Evidently, I had a massive infection in my tooth which was causing me headaches, nausea, and of course nerve pain. Dr. Cajee was awesome! He explained everything in detail as we went. He explained the different options that would be best for me, along with different financing options. His staff were all very friendly and helpful too. Customer service and comfort is top priority for them, and it shows! If I lived out here, I'd definitely be going back for all my dental needs! I highly recommend Dr. Cajee and his staff!
