Today I had to make the drive solo for a family emergency and it was a very comforting place to be eating by myself in a somewhat sombre moment. As far as food goes, I often order the chicken flautas or the ground beef chimichanga, which is a filling portion size without making you feel like overeating. Today I tried the shredded beef enchiladas, which were recommended by the server. Both the red and green enchilada sauce were great and the beef was very flavorful.
