The place was spotless, the bathrooms were clean, the air conditioning kept it cool, all three of the workers were hard at work serving, stocking and making fresh bread. The girl with the black hair and piercing on her face is the rudest person I have ever met and not only do i continuously have bad experiences with her but other people have also expressed to me that this same girl is rude to them. So much attitude as-well as uncleanliness. I have seen her scratch her BUTT in front of customers and not even wash her hands or ANYTHING after. Ok, THIS Subway across from Best Western on Winnemucca Blvd... There is a lady that works there. I'm sad I never caught her name, she may be the owner for all I know. She was working the start of the line (bread ya know) but made our sandwiches all the way thru. When she is working.... You will get the absolute best most delicious subway sandwich you wouldn't even dream is possible from a subway. This is at least the second time she has been in there while my wife and I were getting subs. When she is there, look at the ingredients, they are all full, fresh etc. She was definitely providing leadership to the high school kids working there. Anyway, when she is there, you need to go... Subway has never tasted as good. Just amazing work, and absolutely amazing sandwiches. Whoever she is she cares about everthing she is putting out. Plus that Subway is CLEAAANN. Anyway, if you want an actually amazing sub from a Subway, you've been instructed above on how to achieve that feat. It's crazy how good people and good leadership can make even Subway AMAZING. When it during lunch time and it wasn't too busy. The lady started to make some online orders while I stood there but her coworker asked her to help me first which I appreciated. I ordered a BMT, everything was great but asking for light condiments I got 5 or 6 lines of condiment. It was too much and as expected it dropped all over me. Stopped here on a trip to Nampa Idaho & it was surprisingly pleasing! I had an exceptional experience at this Subway. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The cleanliness of the restaurant was outstanding, which is always a big plus for me. Not to mention, the food quality was superb. I left Subway feeling very pleased with my meal. We ordered 2 foot long for the 4 of us. At the end, there was a misunderstanding on if we had wanted mayo. My husband likes mayo but I don't care for it plus we were eating in the car, while driving, so I didn't want a mess. She thought we said yes and placed it on when we told her we had said no. She felt bad and was scraping it off when I told her just put it on the side of my husband since he actually wanted some. The tomatoes didn't look too ripe and the lettuce wasn't the best but I know with Covid issues, alot of the problems isn't the problem of the business. The person ringing us up was very friendly. I got subway today for my man's lunch before night shifts and we got 2 turkey and ham footling sandwiches and they didn't give us what we asked for on our sandwiches and they made them wrong when I called in to tell them they said come in and they would refund us for both sandwiches and I then go into the store to get my refund and they argue with me saying that was never said that. Then the lady calls her manager and her manger had told her to tell me something and the lady working said "I'm sorry but I will not tell my customer that I am not confrontational and rude". She then says if you want that said you'll have to tell her yourself and then she puts the phone on speaker and I hear the manager I will not say it over speaker for every customer in the store to hear and they proceeded to tell me they would not refund me or remake my sandwiches. They lost a good customer today because after the way I was treated I will not buy another sandwich from them! read more

It's sad that if you want workers to make a simple sub for you you should go to the Subway in Wal-Mart rather than here. Lemme tell you my excruciatingly difficult sub: Foot long, white, that grilled chicken they have hidding, Mayo--mayo on BOTH SIDES--that means that both sides of the bread should have mayo, not double up on one side. Okay ready? A little bit of mustard, lettuce and that's it I'm done!! Why is this always so hard to comprehend??? Chicken,mayo,mustard, lettuce done. Done. Then you have to deal with the last teenagers with WAY TOO MUCH makeup on wanting you to tell them said condiments as they dump you on someone else while trying to rush you along because now tired more people and you haven't even finished getting your order when they talk to the next person-you can't wait little girl?? The service was quick even with multiple customers seated in store and also orders. Our sandwiches were prepared as requested. We would have no issues returning. We didn't use the restrooms so I can't comment on them but the rest of the store was clean. read more

Came in with my friend after driving for 6 hours and were ignored by the two girls at the counter who were making a call in. No "hello." No "I'll be right with you." no smile. No eye contact. Great Subway. Obviously a family owned branch, parents and kids working. The kids were clearly still learning but mom stepped in and made sure they made my Club Salad correctly. And she did a great job, it's the best salad I've ever had at a Subway. Highly recommended..as long as mom is around :) read more

Me and some old friends have lots of problems here it's not the place or the workers but how UNFRESH the food is. Me and my old friends got sick at least twice here. I ordered the spicy Italian sandwich and I got a fever. And my friend got sick by vomiting after eating the chicken in his sandwich. This is one of my pre and post Burning Man stops as it's one of the last places to eat before taking the Jungo Road "shortcut (cough, cough) or when I'm heading back to Camp Reality after leaving BRC. Service here can be hit or miss, but after a week or so of eating camp food, chances are a Subway sub will taste pretty dang good. Parking can be tight but I've found a place to park here even while towing a small trailer. This Subway is not far up Winnemucca Blvd from the Flying J so it's not bad to get to from I-80. read more

$8 for a salad. I had to ask girl to fill up the voids in the bowl which is already small enough. Fill the thing up. As she filed it she did not even bother chopping the spinach she just layed it on top, come on its not that much work. Lettuce looks all white like the core. In my opinion when you claim in commercials all fresh and healthy at least offer green colored lettuce without Brown edges. Good food comes from the heart, at least pretend you love feeding your customer's. read more

The employees closed this Subway an hour and a half early on August 20, 2019, preventing us from ordering. They wouldn't serve us. When we asked to speak with the owner they said the owner was on vacation. Very disappointing. read more

Nothing special but try making the Sandwich look at least somewhat like the pictures....really ....28 little pieces of lettuce sprinkled, most SubwY's have to use the knife to " crease" the veggies to fold the sandwich. Not here they have been "taught" to sprinkle least amout as possible unless the customer speaks up....I'm here doing you a favor by spending my hard earned dollars . Hair in our food, no soap in bathroom, bathroom trash doesn't look like it has been taken out in days, dirty tables and 2 girls working were more concerned about getting us through the line so they could disappear to the back to munch on food and whatever else they were doing.
