Let Vianney create your perfect brows! Beautiful brows frame the face like a gilded frame enhances artwork. You wouldn't want to see a picture of the Mona Lisa in a cheap, plastic frame! Well, that's where Vianney comes in, she's the Rembrandt of brows!! Of all the cosmetics, beauty treatments, facials, skin care procedures, hair cuts, mani-pedis... or anything else I've ever done to help enhance my features... this is the best thing I've ever done! Evvverrrrrr! Vianney is a professional make-up artist who made my brows go from "anyhowwww" to "wow"! I used to have great brows, thick and lush, but aging, 1990's tweezing, and over waxing left me with thinning, uneven, and scraggly brows. Then Vianney performed her magic and now eyebrow pencils are a thing of the past! I've spent so much money on eyebrow powder & pencils over the years... I wasn't great at making them even, it was time consuming, and I could never get that arch thing going and ugh... I hated filling them in!! Can I get a witness!!? But now, I'm out the door in a flash, make-up routine done!! Whenever I'd see a person with fabulous brows, I'd compliment them! "I love your brows!" I had always had "eyebrow envy" when I see other girls' thick full brows... no more. Now I have significant brows with no fuss!! And now I'm the one getting compliments! The procedure takes about 2 hours and Vianney is meticulously accurate and takes her time, showing you her progress before she completes the process. Her small station is clean and bright. And even during Covid, she kept everything immaculate. I was thrilled with the results! The price for her services are definitely worth it when you consider how much money you spend on products that don't last! She explained the healing time, about a week or two, and she gives you cleansing ointment as your brows initially peel. But after that, you'll be left with awesome arches and epic eyebrows!! I went for my touch up and it was a breeze. I won't go anywhere else! Vianney, I bow to your brow expertise and thankful you came into my life! Can I give 100 stars?? (One caveat: Vianney's salon is in the back of the main hair shop. The main salon is kinda dark and dingy when you first go in... but her area, in a separate room, is bright and comfortable. HABLA ENGLES??!! ANYBODY??!! This place has specials on Tues and Wed.....their sign, which sits out in the median of the street, states "wash and roller" and "wash and set" as TWO different services with TWO different prices. For the uninformed, most times a "set" involves hair rollers as well. So hence my confusion. I had WANTED a standard 'wet-set' or 'roller set', which involves rolling the hair on big plastic "rolos" while wet, placed under a dryer until dry, rollers taken down, curls raked with the fingers and go. Because I'm always into trying new places, I stepped in to inquire as to the difference between the two services. The first woman literally could not understand me--period. I was directed to whom I assume was the person in charge. INSTANT STANK ATTITUDE from this one. Try as I might, I could not get her to explain anything further than mumbling out the price list, barely coherently I might add. After a couple of minutes, it was clear that she was DELIBERATELY mumbling and keeping her voice low just to, I guess----make some sort of point? That I was disturbing her? Annoying her?? In any case, I could clearly tell that she was trying to be funny. I simply took my daughter's hand and walked out while she was talking. I've never cared who speaks what, never felt any reason to raise a stink about this sort of issue like a lot of ppl do----my POV is, I love learning new languages. I do know a little Spanish. I've been in plenty establishments where little English was spoken. THE KEY DIFFERENCES, HOWEVER....1) there is usually one person in the place who can communicate very well; and 2) THEY DON'T USUALLY GET AN ATTITUDE WITH THE CUSTOMER. Getting an attitude with ME because you don't speak MY language, and I'M the client??? C'mon, son. Moral of the story is: sometimes "saving money" just ain't worth it. I have decided to update my last review as things have improved there. The replacement barbers are friendlier and ask if you are waiting on a specific barber. They have repainted and remodeled on the inside. Most importantly, the cuts are clean! read more

I love this shop. All the woman are fantastic and I have seen them all. You are seen as soon as you walk in. They have a friendly atmosphere and everyone is quick and the results are amazing. I am very impressed and will be a customer as long as they are there. They finally built one in my neighborhood off Forest Hill, I tried it but rather stick to the ladies that I know for special occasions. ;). Keep up the good work. read more

This place is a beauty parlor and a barbershop... I can't speak of the barbershop but the beauty parlor is not bad... the customer service is good, the prices are good, and they do a pretty good roll set. read more

Worst experience at any barbershop I've ever visited. First, no one acknowledges you when you come in. They will pretty much allow you to sit for hours without it. There were 2 barbers and 3 people to get cut in the room 2 were in chairs and I should've been next. One person got out of the chair and a little kid comes out of nowhere, he cuts the kid's hair and walks out. The barber didn't return for an hour and had an "appointment" waiting on him when he returned. Mind you this appointment called during the kid's haircut. The other barber has a regular walk in and asks "you need another cut already?" Finishes the guy in the chair and sits his regular. Turns to me and says "oh the were together earlier," little did he know I knew the guy he had just cut and knew they had not come together. I had just had a convo with the guy in the parking lot before coming in. Plus, if he was in earlier why ask if he needs a cut? The days of classic barber shops are dead. I drive further downtown and pay 25% more for a great cut and great CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although these barbers are skilled at Mass Flow I wouldn't recommend anyone going there unless you'd like to waste 3 hours of your day for a 20 minute haircut. read more

Highly disappointed. I took my daughter for a relaxer touch up and roller set. I wrote what I wanted done on their little note pad. Because there was a wait I had to leave my daughter and run out (14 years old). My daughter text me and said the lady is not relaxing my hair and I told her to. When I go back there to see what's going on the lady said your daughter didn't tell me. Yes she did and besides it on the book. One of the other stylist checked the book and nodded yes.. The lady said nothing. I asked what she find to her hair and she said wash and roller set. After she takes her from under the dryer she blows drys her hair....while all of the other stylist join her in speaking their language. The lady then flat irons my daughter's hair(I didn't ask for this) my thoughts are she is making up for her error so that my daughter's hair can look straight(because she needed the relaxer really badly). On the other hand she did a dry and flat iron on the lady in front of us and charged $20 therefore I didn't say anything. I was thinking I would pay $20 also. In the mean time the stylist are speaking in their language and looking at me and giggling. When it was time to pay the lady said $25, I asked why she said that's the cost, I said so the sign is wrong for a wash and roller set. She said that's for another day, I said no that's your price list and I did not ask for flat iron.Although she was wrong and did not provide service that was request she was upset. I let her know again I did not ask for flat iron.. She then said FINE THEN $20. I put the money on the counter she huffed a few times and snatched the money off the counter while rolling her eyes. I have been to this place many times but this attitude will cause me not to go back....,word of mouth is the worst advertising sometimes. read more
