He then proceeded to yell and argue with the homeowner. He was yelling at the old guy who just had a heart attack last week. We intervened, but he started calling us racist, as well as another neighbor that came out. Lots of swearing at us to mind our business and to go away. As well as personal attacks that he used freely. If you BACK into a fence, it is your fault. 100% You don't yell at the homeowner that it's their fault. The unprofessionalism was astounding. They are not BBB accredited, which after watching the altercation, I can see why. At least it was all on the ring cameras. Take your business elsewhere.
