The day after I received a quote for the job that was very reasonable and I scheduled an appointment for the clean out. JDog's crew (Bryan, Jesse, Alexis and Michael) arrived a few minutes before the appointed and got right into the job (attic, house, cellar, garage). Took them 8 hours and 4 truckloads, plus much sweeping afterwards. I never would have been able to clear out this estate without them. Be aware of this company. They will scam you with the pricing. They take your credit card…read moreinformation, then tell you they will charge you when they deliver the dumpster without saying anything to you. Then, when they pick up the dumpster, they charge you without telling you anything or providing proof of why they charged you extra. I ordered a dumpster and figured out it was going to be too small. I didn't want to put in more than the allowed amount, so I ordered a second dumpster. When they took the first one, they charged me extra after leaving. I called to ask why, and the guy said, "Oh, it was over the weight," but he said he was going to waive the extra charge, which he never did. I told him to let me know about the second one because I didn't want to pay extra. Knowing that, I made sure not to put more in it, but they charged me triple what they charged for the first one, even though this one had less stuff in it. I called again, and he said the same thing. I asked for documentation showing how much weight I had and the pricing. He sent me an invoice that had nothing to do with my name or my address. When I said it didn't include anything showing my service, he said, "Oh, this is from the landfill, sorry." You can see his text to me. You have no way of finding out how much weight you put in their dumpster, so they will charge you whatever they feel like without proof or your consent. Find a trustworthy company, but not Rhody Disposal.
