The receptionist was helpful during check-in and mentioned they would honor the Groupon price for future visits, which was great to know. There was a bit of a language barrier with my massage therapist, but he made an effort to use his phone to translate so we could communicate clearly. I really appreciated that extra effort, and everything worked out smoothly. He applied just the right amount of pressure, especially in the areas where I needed the most attention. One small drawback is that the front door is quite loud when people enter, and the noise carries into the massage rooms, which can be a little distracting during the session. I was driving down 7th street and decided to check this place out. Everytime I walk in I am always immediately greeted by the gentleman working the front desk right by the entrance. I usually asked for an hour massage but they have a few options. I usually decided on the 30/30, which gives you 30min body and 30min foot massage. I always pay up front which I am totally cool with and then I get guided to a private room to undress and get into a bed. Shortly after they come in and ask if you want the massage medium or hard...I of course ask for hard because that's how like my massages. I will say they are very good with giving you what you pay for if that includes time, products, and service all around. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming, from the front desk with offering you the service and payment ls to the actual massage. I have been coming here religiously for years and anytime I have friends or family in town I make sure we stop by for a nice relaxing time. I don't remember the names of both of our massage therapists, but the gentleman who worked with my husband was wonderful. She mentioned that texting is the best way to reach her. Kim did such a great job. I was so tense and in desperate need of a massage but she worked out all those kinks and knots. That was completely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Tipping should never be pressured or used to shame customers.
