Found this place on yelp and decided to give them a try based off their reviews and let me tell you they did not disappointment. I got a pedicure and gel builder fill however I hate having to reach over so they can do each hand and they were kind enough to just keep switching sides so I could be comfortable while getting my pedicure. Brian was the one who worked on my hands and he did an amazing job at giving me an almond shape to where it looks natural. I am definitely going to save this place so next time I'm in town, I can go back. read more

I came here to get my nails done for my big day, this is the SECOND time i come to get my nails done. I am very low maintenances and only get my nails done for special occasions and they are very good at replicating designs you want. The smell is nice inside, workers are always nice. My major takeaway why i wanted to come back was that usually nail salons nip at my cuticle and it gets red/stings. So i'm always afraid at getting my nails done, but they are gentle with the drill and i've never came across an issue. Will come back! read more

I've been coming here for years and its a hit or miss spot. They always have new people so it's hard to pin someone you like down. It's usually crowded and a lot of chatter. I went for my first time on Saturday for a pedicure and the lady that did my pedicure cut the sides of my big toe on my right foot only even though I didn't say I had an ingrown and its been swollen since Saturday and Sunday I noticed puss. It is still swollen and still has puss coming out. I paid $60 for a sore / infected toe, I will never go back. Do not cut the sides unless asked not everyone has ingrowns. read more

I had a very unpleasant and unsanitary manicure experience. After cutting my cuticles, the technician left the removed skin on the towel beneath my hands and never changed or cleared the towel before starting the arm massage. As a result, the cuticles became mixed into the lotion and were rubbed all over my arms. I was literally picking pieces of cuticle off my lotion-covered skin afterward. It was disgusting! I was also never asked to remove my jewelry before the massage. Instead, she pressed her hands directly into it and worked lotion all through the jewelry rather than simply asking me to take it off first. The entire service felt careless and unhygienic! Changing the towel after cutting someone's cuticles and asking them to remove their jewelry before an arm massage should be basic practice. I left feeling grossed out rather than relaxed and will not be returning. read more

Chi also did a great job with my pedicure. She was gentle-handed with nail filing and cuticle cleaning. She provided an excellent massage. Both conversed with me in fluent English which helps a whole lot when communicating on nail designs and feedback. Come here with cash, they give you a discount. Cards have a surcharge fee after your first time. If you love earthy tones, they have the perfect shades for matcha, sage and espresso colors. Perfect for fall season Pinterest nails. Ana's Hair & Nails has amazing service and staff! I inquired about builder gel nails and a pedicure and they were able to help me as soon as I arrived. Kristina did the builder gel set on my hands and Cindy did my pedicure- both amazing at what they do and took their time to make sure I was satisfied! My nails from my previous set (at a different salon) were lifting and my nail tech told me she would take extra precautions to make sure they didn't lift with this set. Hi Crystal! Thank you for reaching out to Ana Hair & Nails! We don’t offer a traditional Russian Manicure or Pedicure, but we do provide detailed cuticle care using an e-file for a clean, polished finish. Congratulations on your new job!

Do you offer acrylic pedicures?

Hi Sydney! Yes we do! If you just want acrylic for the two big toes, its $15 extra. For a full set of Acrylic pedicures it’s $45, $15 more if you want gel, plus pedicure price!

The lobby and treatment room seemed clean and welcoming, and the service for checking in and out was also pleasant. The service itself was unfortunately not great... I got a Brazilian and lower half legs. My sugarista was kind and a good conversationalist, but the technique was just not there. I've been getting sugared since 2018 and this was the most painful experience. It's typical for my legs to twitch as a reflex during the backs of my calves and ankles, but I'm pretty adapted to the sensation of a Brazilian. I was sadly near tears during this service. It also took a long time, but that is understandable for sugaristas who aren't the most experienced. Because of how the service was going, I casually asked her how long she's been sugaring, and I think she answered just under 2 years. During our conversation, I mentioned to her that I sugar my own underarms sometimes to save money/time, and I ended up giving HER tips... I hope my advice at least helped her, lol. For the amount of time it took, I at least expected to have minimal hairs left behind. But my entire "horseshoe" area was still full and I had multiple patches of 6-8 hairs on each leg. To be fair, before checking out, the staff did ask me if everything seemed good, but there were so many patches that I would've felt nit-picky pointing them all out. I ended up touching up the areas myself a few days later with homemade sugar wax; it was too many hairs to tweeze away individually. Overall, I don't regret my visit because I had a wedding that weekend and couldn't get an appointment with an independent sugarista on short notice (which is how I usually get sugared). But I wouldn't recommend it as a regular place to go, especially because the prices are about par for independent estheticians who usually have 5+ years of experience. I absolutely understand that newer estheticians have to work somewhere and practice in order to reach that level of expertise, but maybe the business should have reduced prices for services with the less experienced sugaristas like hair salons do for stylists with different levels of experience.

I went to this place as a recommendation from a friend. I saw her eye lashes and asked where she got them. When I got there I asked ana the owner about eye lashes and she showed me some cheap clusters, they said they could do it cheap and fast. I told her I wasn't looking for cheap and fast for 20 bucks... I wanted the nice individual lashes. I described the ones my friend got and how much she paid for them (big mistake). She said ah ok, she showed me the individuals which were much nicer and i went ahead with the service. Long story short. They put on the cheap clusters and still charged me the full price as for the individuals... I didn't notice immediately, I just knew they didn't look as pretty as my friends....until they started falling off at home... but then I remembered they were looking at each other in a strange way to see if I would notice I guess.... I'm not stupid, lady! I was driving away to a destination wedding so I couldn't immediately come back and complain... eventually I forgot about it, but I would never go back... I hate thieves that take you for your money. I was willing to pay, you should have been willing to provide the service I requested... I found this place on yelp and noticed they had 4 stars. So I called in to see if I could walk in and the young man who answered was very nice and accommodating. I went in to get a regular pedicure and everything was fine until she kept trying to add on more services to my pedicure.. I just wanted a regular pedicure I clearly told her to just trim my big toe nails, I don't like them too short, and she said okay. So I'm like cool. (I'm very picky but I trusted them cause of their reviews). When I looked down I saw my left big toe and it was shorter than I usually get them. Everyone else usually listens and just trims them or makes sure to check in with me before they cut more, but no, not here. I'm too nice tho so I just kept it to myself and kept it moving. After she was done painting them, the job was sloppy. The nail polish on my big toes are so sloppy and bumpy. I'm usually not one to complain, but damn :/ I'm so irritated just by looking at my feet because I'm very precise about them AND I have a wedding this weekend and now I don't want to show this sloppy work, so I guess I'm going i have to spend MORE money and get them fixed somewhere else tomorrow. i go to this local salon with my mom and she loves it here. she comes here more then i do to get perms and her hair cut. the times i do come in (its usually when i really need something done..since its been FOREVER) ive always liked what Ana or Tammy did to my hair. the first time i came in they kept mentioning how much hair i have and kept running their fingers through my head, which i didnt mind. it felt like they really were thinking on what to do with my hair(i have a LOT of hair and its really thick.)i usually go in saying can i jus get my hair in layers and Ana who doesn't usually start my hair, will come over and check it out and add her own little touches to it. (which i love.) ive gotten color here too and ive liked what they have done as well. so yeah definitely recommend it. everyone is pretty friendly, not a fan of when they talk in their language but it happens. i actually intend to come in tomorrow for my mom, as a mothers day gift. not only are they affordable the work they do is good. i know my mom loves going here read more

If you couldn't hear me that's fine, but to say that you offered to let me see pictures on yelp and I proceeded to hang up on you is crazy. This was the most horrible experience I have had here...I have been coming for years I reviewed my last hair cut it was beautiful but this one WTF I said two inches. I normally pay 35 INCLUDING TIP and style this was just last November...today they didn't tell me it was $40 before tip after she rocked my shit. Definitely filing for my money back because this is unacceptable. Why have someone who doesn't know two inches from 8 cutting hair. Kimchi and Ana always hook me up. I scheduled an appointment through yelp based on there reviews and they came through! I got there for my appointment and waited about 5-10 mins to get started. I was kind of superstitious about the inspiration photo since other artists have let me down before BUT they gave me exactly what i asked for. I forgot to ask for the name of the technician that did my nails today but I will definitely be coming back!!! I'll be posting the inspiration and final results. I've been searching for a great nail salon close to where I live and I've finally found it! The nice thing about Ana's is that all the nail technicians do a wonderful job, and I don't have to worry about who is servicing me. So far I have had my acrylics done by Tammy and Lauren and both of them were very sweet! They really take their time to do your nails and pay close attention to details even when it's busy (unlike other places). Their prices are reasonable and pretty much the same as most salons (around $28 for a fill with gel). Overall, I am very pleased with Ana's and will definitely be coming back! read more

My nail artist, Myra, did an excellent job on my manicure, and Tina took great care of me during my pedicure. Both were professional, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. I love how this place have sooo many nail color options and the staff is so friendly! I used to get acrylic full long sets for many years, until I discovered SNS dipping powder here at this salon. This dipping powder has made my real nails grow so long! I also found them on Yelp to begin with because it's difficult to find a trust salon to work on your nails. I've been going to Ana's for years and every experience has been wonderful. When my daughter and grand-daughter come to town, that's where we go. Instead, I was met with a completely different experience. The technician made me feel uncomfortable from the start, as if I had done something wrong. Even after showing my receipt, I was asked to wait while she and her coworkers sat and ate. After waiting, she told me it would be another 10 minutes. I explained I had to get to work and that I had already paid full price and tipped $10 just two days prior--I simply needed the repair done. When she finally helped me, the fix felt rushed and careless. She layered on a thick amount of gel, tapped it briefly with a file, and said "OK" without any real care or attention. This was my third time visiting, and unfortunately it will be my last. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is disappointing. I expected better treatment, especially as a returning customer.

I saw all the wonderful reviews and decided to take a chance on this place. Waste of time. Very disappointed with this set and the overall experience. Waited almost an hour to get in the chair but I was 10 minutes late and had nowhere to be after so no bother. The nails were misshapen, inconsistent in length and design, and had visible bubbles in the gel which I didn't notice during the application. There was little to no attention to the cuticles, literally dipped my hand in room temperature water for not even 2 minutes. Despite waiting so long to begin and paying for removal and a full manicure, I felt rushed and my tech was rushing the process leaving my cuticles red and irritated. The deluxe pedicure was not worth the money at all but the tech was very nice. I should have spoken up during the appointment about the way my nails were being filed and shaped, but after spending over 2 hours there, I just wanted to leave. It wasn't an issue until a couple days later when my nail beds and my actual nails started to hurt. They were tender and I couldn't stand it but I had to wait for a day off to come back in. When I called and said I wasn't happy with the nails, they didn't ask why, they just set the appointment. When I returned to have them fixed a week later, I was initially offered a redo by the desk tech, but I wanted to see my natural nails first to make sure there was no allergic reactions from the poorly cured gel and that there was nail left to actually work with. After removal, I asked the desk tech about the condition of the nails and reapplying gel and she told me my nails were too thin to redo the gel and I needed to take a break and that it would be too much for my nails, despite the nail tech who did the removal telling me my nails were fine, just thin. The removal wasn't too painful, but many of the nails were burning when she was running the drill bit back and forth. The desk tech also told me they don't offer refunds after "5-7 days". I had called within that timeframe to schedule the redo appointment to have them fixed so I don't understand that. After all the wasted time and having my natural nails (which I had been growing for months) left thin and damaged, they offered me a $5 gift card. They didn't even offer to cut or shape them at all. Very disappointing quality and customer service. Will not be back.

I've visited about four times now, and each trip just reminds me why I don't come back more often: while the men on the team offer fantastic service, the women working there consistently lack warmth, smiles, or basic hospitality the moment you walk through the door. The Good: The guy who did my manicure is amazing--super nice, friendly, and did a great job on my nails. The woman who handled my pedicure was also wonderful, and her work was top-notch. The Not-So-Good: The nail tech doing my design, however, didn't even bother to say hello. Throughout the service, she never asked how I was doing or checked if everything looked okay. My cuticles were left looking really rough, and she skipped the basic courtesy of applying any oil or lotion at the end. In fact, it was so bad that I ultimately asked her to skip the design on my ring fingers because I didn't want to draw any more attention to it. Ironically, my pedicure technician was the one who noticed how dry my hands looked and kindly handed me some oil. To top it off, when the tech finishing my nails was done, she didn't even say thank you. The Verdict: At $130 for a Gel-X set, the baseline expectation is that your cuticles will look presentable and you'll receive basic courtesy. If you go here, hope you get seated with one of the male technicians who actually cares about the client experience!

Overall, for my services alone (builder gel + pedicure gel) it was just under $100. Since we got multiple services and one was a fill (5 services total), we paid just under $200 before tip. In my opinion that's very reasonable considering we got designs. I will be bringing my sister here so she can get serviced as well!
