Found this place on yelp and decided to give them a try based off their reviews and let me tell you they did not disappointment. I got a pedicure and gel builder fill however I hate having to reach over so they can do each hand and they were kind enough to just keep switching sides so I could be comfortable while getting my pedicure. Brian was the one who worked on my hands and he did an amazing job at giving me an almond shape to where it looks natural. I am definitely going to save this place so next time I'm in town, I can go back. read more

I had a 10 out of 10 experience! They were able to take me in the same day. Kaitlyn did my manicure and Emily did my pedicure. They did such an amazing job and they were so kind. Awesome service. Fantastic prices. My daughter is client and a longtime regular. This clean very tiny shop is located on a busy street staffed with more than a few talented what I call nail artists and they are booked and busy filled with people. It's a tight fit in but they make it work. They have you seated in a side corner booth ask you what you desire and escort a staff member to get you started. I explain what I desire it's been quite a few years since I have gotten my nails done at a nail shop and things have changed for the better. I picked out the style I like and chose gel x almond shaped nails with a sparkly shimmery nail polish. It's quite the process to get these nails but it's over in an hour my nails are beautiful I'm very happy with them. This style set me back only $60 I left.m a nice tip setup my fill appointment and was on my way. I was a walk in and needed to get a pedi/mani. I wanted gel x nails and a gel pedicure. They helped me right away and welcomed me with a warm greeting. They're very nice and accommodating! Kaitlyn did my manicure, she was very gentle and asked me during the process on what I liked on my nails. Emily did my pedicure and she was amazing! She paid attention to detail and did a great job on my French tip. My total was $175 for a gel pedicure with French tip and a manicure with short gel x French tip with gems. They had me out the shop in an hour! Very fast and very detailed! No sloppy work! I will definitely be coming back here! It was my first time in that place, I requested pedicure, he asked me if I cut my nails I said yes and square please![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They put an old nail polish on me because the one I ordered was no longer there and I realized that I was putting on a different color without telling me, when I saw them up close some nails were square and others round and the worst badly cut!!!! I am so happy I finally found the nail place for me in Long Beach!!! Definitely come here for quality nail art. I've had a painful several trial and errors with other nail salons since I've moved back in LB, so trust me when I say I am very happy to have landed here. I'm a professional designer in the architecture industry so my expectations are pretty high when it comes to nail design, especially when I typically always go for French tip. Place is bustling with regulars here. Staff were really friendly and thoughtful, vibes were great. Caitlyn is just hands down talented and detail-oriented. Nail technicians with a steady hand, brush precision and an eye for symmetry for French Tip nails are actually hard to find nowadays. So I'm impressed with Caitlyn! Will definitely come back. Chi also did a great job with my pedicure. She was gentle-handed with nail filing and cuticle cleaning. She provided an excellent massage. Both conversed with me in fluent English which helps a whole lot when communicating on nail designs and feedback. Come here with cash, they give you a discount. Cards have a surcharge fee after your first time. If you love earthy tones, they have the perfect shades for matcha, sage and espresso colors. Perfect for fall season Pinterest nails. Overall, I'm so pleased with my nails and the quality service. Looking forward to explore more nail designs with them. If you want to invest your money in quality nail service, this is the place. Ana's Hair & Nails has amazing service and staff! I inquired about builder gel nails and a pedicure and they were able to help me as soon as I arrived. Kristina did the builder gel set on my hands and Cindy did my pedicure- both amazing at what they do and took their time to make sure I was satisfied! My nails from my previous set (at a different salon) were lifting and my nail tech told me she would take extra precautions to make sure they didn't lift with this set. I got the paraffin wax treatment along with my pedicure and my feet felt so so soft after. Cindy did a great job! If you ever do builder gel, I highly recommend Kristina! 10/10 experience here. They got me in on a seconds notice. Daisy did my nails beautifully! She meticulously did my nails with care and really provided a great service. I really liked the friendly staff and manager as well. I like to get build gel, it's my preference because I feel like it's not so thick like the acrylic. Ana's has been my go-to spot for many years. I always ask for Emma and Christina to do my manicures. They always get the shape of my nails right and will recommend the best colors when I can't make up my mind. I ask for Mindy for pedicures, and she is so skilled at making my toes feel so clean. I'm prone to ingrown nails from running and she helps them feel much better. You really can't go wrong with anyone at Ana's. I walked out of the room and told her I still had wax on me and she just apologized and didn't take me back into the room to remove it. Wax all over the trash bins, floors dirty, and baseboards with who knows what all over. To add onto that, when it was time for me to turn over on my stomach, there was still wax on my leg which ripped the paper lining I was laying on & I could see old blood stains on the cloth under. At that moment, I seriously should have walked out and left. I still left a tip but needs serious improvement as I expected more from a service that has 4.8 stars on Yelp. Avoid if you value cleanliness, etiquette, and overall have high expectations. Will be returning back to my previous waxer.

I went to this place as a recommendation from a friend. I saw her eye lashes and asked where she got them. When I got there I asked ana the owner about eye lashes and she showed me some cheap clusters, they said they could do it cheap and fast. I told her I wasn't looking for cheap and fast for 20 bucks... I wanted the nice individual lashes. I described the ones my friend got and how much she paid for them (big mistake). She said ah ok, she showed me the individuals which were much nicer and i went ahead with the service. Long story short. They put on the cheap clusters and still charged me the full price as for the individuals... I didn't notice immediately, I just knew they didn't look as pretty as my friends....until they started falling off at home... but then I remembered they were looking at each other in a strange way to see if I would notice I guess.... I'm not stupid, lady! I was driving away to a destination wedding so I couldn't immediately come back and complain... eventually I forgot about it, but I would never go back... I hate thieves that take you for your money. I was willing to pay, you should have been willing to provide the service I requested... I found this place on yelp and noticed they had 4 stars. So I called in to see if I could walk in and the young man who answered was very nice and accommodating. I went in to get a regular pedicure and everything was fine until she kept trying to add on more services to my pedicure.. I just wanted a regular pedicure I clearly told her to just trim my big toe nails, I don't like them too short, and she said okay. So I'm like cool. (I'm very picky but I trusted them cause of their reviews). When I looked down I saw my left big toe and it was shorter than I usually get them. Everyone else usually listens and just trims them or makes sure to check in with me before they cut more, but no, not here. I'm too nice tho so I just kept it to myself and kept it moving. After she was done painting them, the job was sloppy. The nail polish on my big toes are so sloppy and bumpy. I'm usually not one to complain, but damn :/ I'm so irritated just by looking at my feet because I'm very precise about them AND I have a wedding this weekend and now I don't want to show this sloppy work, so I guess I'm going i have to spend MORE money and get them fixed somewhere else tomorrow. i go to this local salon with my mom and she loves it here. she comes here more then i do to get perms and her hair cut. the times i do come in (its usually when i really need something done..since its been FOREVER) ive always liked what Ana or Tammy did to my hair. the first time i came in they kept mentioning how much hair i have and kept running their fingers through my head, which i didnt mind. it felt like they really were thinking on what to do with my hair(i have a LOT of hair and its really thick.)i usually go in saying can i jus get my hair in layers and Ana who doesn't usually start my hair, will come over and check it out and add her own little touches to it. (which i love.) ive gotten color here too and ive liked what they have done as well. so yeah definitely recommend it. everyone is pretty friendly, not a fan of when they talk in their language but it happens. i actually intend to come in tomorrow for my mom, as a mothers day gift. not only are they affordable the work they do is good. i know my mom loves going here read more

If you couldn't hear me that's fine, but to say that you offered to let me see pictures on yelp and I proceeded to hang up on you is crazy. I scheduled an appointment through yelp based on there reviews and they came through! I got there for my appointment and waited about 5-10 mins to get started. I was kind of superstitious about the inspiration photo since other artists have let me down before BUT they gave me exactly what i asked for. I forgot to ask for the name of the technician that did my nails today but I will definitely be coming back!!! I'll be posting the inspiration and final results. I've been searching for a great nail salon close to where I live and I've finally found it! The nice thing about Ana's is that all the nail technicians do a wonderful job, and I don't have to worry about who is servicing me. So far I have had my acrylics done by Tammy and Lauren and both of them were very sweet! They really take their time to do your nails and pay close attention to details even when it's busy (unlike other places). Their prices are reasonable and pretty much the same as most salons (around $28 for a fill with gel). Overall, I am very pleased with Ana's and will definitely be coming back! read more

I used to get acrylic full long sets for many years, until I discovered SNS dipping powder here at this salon. This dipping powder has made my real nails grow so long! I've been going to Ana's for years and every experience has been wonderful. When my daughter and grand-daughter come to town, that's where we go. I've even gotten my husband there once and he now knows why we go. The staff are all friendly and professional, but I especially want to highlight Carol, Mia & Tiffany, they are byfar my GOO TOO!!! Carol is incredibly attentive and makes sure every detail is perfect. She really takes her time and the work just speaks for itself. I am always super excited about the end result. I can literally show her my inspiration and she always exceeds my expectations. Mia is just as wonderful--super gentle, patient, and clearly very skilled at what she does. Both of them made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire appointment. I also have to mention Tiffany, her pedicures are absolutely amazing! She creates such a relaxing experience, and you can tell she really knows what she's doing. It all feels like a mini spa treatment, and my feet have never looked or felt better. It's not always easy to find a salon where you feel confident in the service, but this place definitely exceeded my expectations. I'll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Carol, Mia, or Tiffany if you want top-notch results!

She consistently creates the most beautiful nail designs and always brings my ideas to life with incredible attention to detail. Every appointment is a great experience, and I always leave loving my nails. Today, I brought my mom with me, and she enjoyed her gel manicure just as much. The salon is welcoming, clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. It's clear they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work.
