It was relaxing enough, but it was light-touch and definitely not what I was going for. In fact, the condition of my traps/shoulders feels worse today than it did when I went in. If you're looking for just a regular ralaxing massage, this might be an alright choice. Definitely not the right choice if you need deep tissue/pain relief.
