I am 18 weeks pregnant and hadn't had a massage In about 4 months, I was so excited and looking forward to this. First off.. she put my face cradle straight into a pillow so there was no face hole or available air to breathe. I had to keep lifting my head to get oxygen. I had also told her to please give some focus on my hands and feet, my hands were not touched and she only massaged my right leg and foot and totally ignored the right. This is where it gets good. Being 18 weeks (second trimester) I can't lay on my back. I figured someone who offers prenatal massage would understand that. She not only argued with me about it, but she didn't have anything in the room to lift me up at all. She kept trying to tell me I was perfectly safe to lay on my back and finally offered me a neck pillow. This is the point I wish I would have just walked right out. Eventually I came up with a solution (that wasn't even comfy for me) just to get the massage on track. I did pay her for this service and it didn't sit well with me at all. I reached out simply asking for a refund and she had agreed. The next day she tells me just kidding she's not giving me one. Just beware coming here for a massage. The $100 price is not even close to worth this experience. I feel like with how upsetting this was, I should be paid instead lol. I left not relaxed at all, and worried that she's not even certified given that she doesn't seem to know basics.

Can't use the hot tub and the floors felt dirty. There was gravel underneath my feet from the hot tub. All in all can't complain but that's the down and dirty of it !

Chris did what was called nuro manipulation. I have not been so relieved in a long time. I can last longer now without pain then I have in a few years. I was leery of trying a chiropractor again due to a bad experience a dozen years ago. I finally decided I needed to give it another try. Dr Bos (who now runs Chirosport rather than Dr Bond mentioned earlier) gave me a reasonable treatment plan of ten visits along with daily exercise homework, then monthly maintenance appointments thereafter. He was right on target, I have seen measurable, lasting results and am so grateful! I have returned to challenging exercise classes thatI love (barre, Pilates, HIIT) which will make me stronger! I just wanted to feel pretty....after losing my career due to my health and more. The history: I've been a loyal client of this salon for two years without any issues. However, my recent interaction with this business has been more than disappointing. While my salonist Elona is a great person and very professional, the manager is the complete opposite--rude, judgmental, and hostile. The Problem: Poor color uptake I was ALREADY scheduled for February 27th for a redo of my full color hair treatment, which first only lasted three weeks, compared to the seven months it lasted before. But then get called day of they had to reschedule me because Elona got sick and the soonest they had was Sunday, her day off normally, but she was seeing other people as well. I was told she would not be able to dry my hair, which was fine. Day of appointment: Sunday March 1st Unfortunately, my car's CV axle broke, and I was stuck on E470 and was unable to make it, and she didn't have any other time that day. Today: I called today to make an appointment since I own two vehicles, but this time the manager picked up the phone and immediately I was told no. Completely unapologetic and didn't understand my situation. I explained that I had been through a lot and being sick, and that my liver and brain problems had made my hair look unhealthy, and paying $ 150 for my hair to look healthy for three weeks was not fair or right. I was willing to pay half the price, but all she said in a mocking tone was, "I'm sorry." It's disheartening to be treated so poorly as a two-year client. What really pisses me off was her saying it's the next month...what difference did 1st and 2nd make? You break policy 1 day and then go back to it 24 hours later? Conclusion: If you're considering getting your hair colored and then experiencing a personal tragedy, such as becoming terminally ill or losing a child or spouse, be warned that this manager won't care, in fact, will be inconsistent on following their own policy.
