They rescheduled me for today and sent me a conformation, highlighting I would be charged 1/2 the service if I cancelled or didn't show. W/in hours of my appt today, the owner called to say Hailey didn't want my business. Turning down money because SHE WAS IN THE WRONG! This is ONE LOCAL BUSINESS that I WILL NEVER have myself, friends, or family support! #very unprofessional

I have called 5/6 times in 8 months and I realized they were probably busy during the holidays so when they returned a call two weeks ago after a week of waiting I was excited and scheduled a massage for today. I showed up was asked if I was there for a certain person and I confirmed they then said she was out due to a sick child. No problem but then asked me my phone number wrote it on a post it and told me she had tried to contact me to cancel. Now I had my phone on me all day and there was no missed call and no VM left. I am over it they refunded the money. I would have rescheduled if you hadn't lied about trying to contact me, my 20 min drive on my day off and my children's money and thought into the gift is not appreciated by them so when I was leaving and the comment was I hope you think of us in the future um no I won't or maybe to say no I won't go there I will go where I am appreciated and my money will be appreciated

I've had a lot of muscle pain as of late, so I needed a good work over. Well, I got worked over. The only con I have is that the hot stone part was done with as much vigor as the rest of the massage. I was hoping it would have been a little longer and a bit more gentle. I felt as though I didn't get the full effect of the hot stones because that part was done so quickly. I'll definitely come back when I need a vigorous massage but I wouldn't make this a weekly or monthly event. Given how deep tissue these massages are, one every few months will do.
