I scheduled my appointment on September 12. Found out the next day I had to go out of town for work for several weeks, not knowing when I could reschedule. I called Monday September 16th and left a message explaining I needed to cancel. Followed up September 19, day before the appointment to confirm it was cancelled and it was not. They will not reimburse me and I only have until October 12 to use the sessions, which will not work for me. So I asked for a credit for a single tanning session and was told their system does not work that way. Which I know is not true. Bad business. Ester just sold the business, good luck to the new owner.

Worked me in last minute for a spray tan. I needed a tan…read morefor family wedding that bordered a royal wedding. It had been twenty years since my last "in booth" spray tan. Imagine my surprise when the tan was applied per human with an air brush. This young gal (sorry I forgot her name) was professional, fussy and educational. She actually gave me tips on how to make the tan last. I left Logansport and never looked back thirty some years ago but the service I received was comparable to Nashville, Chicago or Indianapolis. Due to a neurological disease I was wobbly and almost falling over during my treatment but I was given nothing but patience and professionalism to make sure I walked out glowing. I felt like a million with my beautiful tan. As a side note another reviewer complained because a child was not greeted and basically watched by staff. If I'm spending a day at a salon I do not want to hear children whine and demand attention. Cheers, to them for the unspoken no child policy.
