I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment, and I feel compelled to warn others. The management, especially Chantel Brown, is completely unprofessional and dismissive. They are very deceptive with their charges, often giving false information and misrepresenting policies. There was no effort to address my concerns, and I was treated with outright disrespect. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It's clear that the safety, honesty, and well-being of customers are not a priority here. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and strongly advise avoiding it until management learns how to operate with basic professionalism, transparency, and integrity. They are SHADY!!!!! read more

I have been to a couple of therapists at this location and every single one of them were AMAZING!!!!!!!!! They ALWAYS give the pressure I ask for and listen to my needs and focus areas. I got in a car accident couple years ago and my back hurt me so much but now after coming in on a monthly basis my back isn't giving me hardly any problems and if it does I come see one of the therapists at this location. The front desk was super friendly, efficient, and professional. I wish I could say this was a pleasant experience but my massage was horrible. At one point I could have heard a bag of chips open during my massage. It smelled like there was food in there so I'm pretty sure there was food. I tried to ignore it but it made the experience uncomfortable once I didn't feel important enough for my therapist to wait to eat. I brought it up to the manager, I don't remember her name but she was short and she made me feel like I was hearing things and I didn't experience what I experienced. Been going here a few years now. Nice peaceful atmosphere. Great customer service, receptionists are always warm and welcoming. Monthly membership price is a great deal if you need to go frequently like I do. And they have a new customer special each month which is a nice perk! They have a few therapists that do deep tissue well. Only complaint is that a couple of my favorites have moved on to work elsewhere over the years but I'm alway able to find a new favorite as they have several therapists to choose from. read more

Cecelia at the front desk is fabulous. I had sciatic issues and she got me in to see Javier for an hour and half deep tissue massage on same day called! He was fantastic. This was a couple of weeks ago. Highly recommend Javier the masseuse. Since then I went and he is stretching me, and giving a massage and getting an enhanced muscle therapy. I highly recommend all 3 at one time!! I go back tomorrow, for the same treatment and then expect to go back in 3-4 weeks. You really owe it to yourself! read more

Wow! Such a welcoming staff and a very tranquil experience. Danielle was my therapist and she took care of all my knots and areas of tension. We also did a stretch before the session which actually made my session an even better experience! I left feeling very rejuvenated, yet relaxed. I went for my birthday (mind you I haven't had a massage in years) so I wanted to treat myself. Jasmine was my therapist and she was great! Very friendly and respectful and addressed all my concerns. The ladies at the front desk were also nice and very welcoming. Post massage they were not pushy AT ALL in regards to explaining the membership and it's benefits. I have been there twice . I am not normally a person to relax enough to fall asleep . But, both times I did for a bit. I also had two different ladies and they were great. They did what I asked and didn't talk or hurt me like I have had happened in the past.
