I struggled with severe toenail fungus for over a year, visiting two different podiatrists in Katy who prescribed various medications and topical creams, but nothing seemed to work. A close friend of mine had a similar issue and found success with laser treatment, so I decided to look for a nearby clinic that offered this option. I felt embarrassed and disheartened because I couldn't wear sandals during the warm season. On October 30th, 2024, I made what turned out to be the best decision ever--I went to MedSpa at Villagio to begin my laser treatment. When I started, I had only half a nail due to one of the medications I had been prescribed. After eight months of treatment and receiving medical pedicures, I can finally wear sandals again! My nail is still growing, and while I need to continue the treatment, I'm confident that in just a few months, it will be back to normal. Wish I could set an actual appointment review and time, yet I can't, because of my experience just walking in and inquiring about services. I work in the plaza, I am young and love to pamper myself, weekly nail appointments, eyelashes, blowouts, etc. one day after work I walked in here to just inquire about services and ask how I can make an appointment, I also have micro bladed eyebrows. The white woman working the front desk wouldn't give me the time of day, wouldn't even look up from her computer to answer or even try to sell me on anything at all. Literally handed me a flyer while staring at her computer and said you can find what we do in there, never made eye contact with me. Zero phone calls in the salon, two clients in the chairs, so it looked like she had the time. It's all good, I will continue to go to my regular amazing service providers, but sad to see this. Recently came in and saw Mimi for some Botox. While I was there, we were talking about me being new to Texas and looking for a new salons, injectors, things like that. I told her of a recent experience I had with a hairstylist damaging my hair and that's why I was wearing it in a slick back bun full of product. She stated that Elena here, does a great job with hair and when we finished my service, she walked me over to introduce me. After speaking with Elena about what happened and her doing an assessment of my Haire reschedule an appointment for some severe treatment. I left that day with a new leave in to drench my hair for a few days before my apt with her. When I came back from my appointment, she touched up, just my roots with a semi permanent because the last hairstylist didn't touch my roots at all, and I had a lot of white hairs sticking out. She landed a keratin treatment to restore some of the life back to my fried hair. Then she did a cut because my hair was previously cut and damaged into a mullet almost so we had to cut quite a bit off. But it felt so much better and looked so much healthier upon leaving. I understand that it will be a process to restore my hair health, but she was very helpful and knowledgeable and I am so grateful that I found them! read more

I got micro blading with Trang and she was awesome! The receptionist put numbing cream on my eyebrows and after 30 mins Trang took me the room. I spent half the day at the MedSpa today and it was quite the treat. I started out with a Laser Carbon Facial, I did not love it but Tran was awesome at it. Following my laser facial I had a bleach root touch up to my hair with Xenia and boy did she deliver. She gave me a bit more than just a root touch up, my hair is revived in color and in texture, she gave me lots of advice and took her time educating me on the process. I have finally found my spa place. They offer so many other services that I can't wait to return. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the spa is lovely. Thumbs up to all the staff. Hairdresser failed to check her schedule-highly unprofessional 3. She asked to wait 30 mins and disregard my time that I may have commitment afterwards. 3. Hairdresser was still mixing the color which means she could switch to accommodate her appt. but chose not to. I have been a customer here for several years. While the service has not always been the most professional, the stylists are good. Over the years, the receptionist would often talk to the stylists about personal affairs. While this seems very common, I still find it extremely unprofessional. I was able to overlook since I would receive a great cut/color. I prefer the earliest appointments only because I understand stylists get behind. The salon opens at 9 & I usually request 9 when available. Over the past years, I have had my 9 am appointments rescheduled approximately 95% of the time. If the 9 am appointment is a problem, then why is it offered? I could care less if it's 9, 10, 11, etc. I just want the earliest appointment to avoid delays. The final straw happened a few weeks ago when I scheduled a 9 am appointment on a Friday. The salon called me yet again to reschedule to the following day, which was a Saturday, at 1:30. I reluctantly accepted. I arrived around 1:15 & at 1:30 I was told by the receptionist the stylist was running behind but should be done in the next 15/20 min. Fast forward an hour later & I had to leave because I had another appointment. I sent an email to management letting them know that this was my final bad experience with the salon. The spa manager responded with an apology and offered a 15% discount. While I did not want a discount, the offer was more than insulting. I had received a $50 gift card & I explained to the spa manger that I was not interested in a discount & only looking to provide feedback and wanted my $50 gift card refunded. The spa manager made it very clear that despite my bad experiences, they would not refund the $50 gift card. I decided to call the spa manager to ask if I could use the gift card on hair products but instead of calling me back, she responded with another email stating "I received your voice message but as per my original email, gift cards are non-refundable and you can use the gift card for another one of our services". She also stated that I need to be more understanding as stylists often get behind since it's hard to predict how long hair styles take. That further ticked me off because obviously she has not taken the time to review my feedback. She doesn't even know the situation since she told me appointments run behind. This lady DIDN'T have an appointment. She took mine as a walk-in & this lack of investigation before responding is another sign of very poor management. I was only calling to see if I could use the gift card on hair products but had the manager taken the time to call me back, I would not be posting this now. Second, why round I want to come back to an establishment that has no regard for my time & is disrespectful? I had an appointment at 1:30 for a cut. I was told there was a walk in that was had a bad hair color & was off her meds & extremely paranoid about her bad hair color. Not sure why that's my problem but it has become my problem. This is why my appointment was disregarded so obviously I'm frustrated. Use caution if you have an appointment or have other commitments. They don't respect your time. read more

Really upset because I came here after Christmas for a 90 min stone massage and it was good and Maggie was awesome. But then I got a 90 min Swedish massage for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and they started late, and then ended way 10 - 15 min too early. When I called online they even said that he checked out early but did not understand how he didn't get a "90 min massage". I just am really upset that I paid $120 for a half ass massage that ended early. Also when my boyfriend and I both went in to get the massage the rooms were really hot. She also was able to balance and correct previous work I had done somewhere else. The whole procedure took less than an hour and a half and nearly painless. I also inquired about pdo threads for my jawline/jowls (I'm 38 and things are starting to sag). She was very honest and told me I still had elasticity and wasn't a good candidate. She could have easily taken 1500 from me for the threads but instead she recommended botox for my masseter muscles for half the price.
