Bought my husband a gift card for a 90 min massage with light to firm touch. Then got unsold for an additional 15min foot massage. Husband goes in and they tell him that the 15min foot massage was PART OF THE 90 MIN MASSAGE!! Although I paid extra! The masseuse used her elbows and forearm! No actual massaging took place!! Bad experience overall. There was a woman playing videos on her iPad on full volume in the tranquility room. My massage therapist was nice and made me feel comfortable but seemed very inexperienced and lacked any type of technique. I was very specific in letting Desja know that this was a surprise and asked that my wife not get any type of confirmation . I called back to ask what happened and how we can make it right and they REFUSED to care, try to make it right, or even listen to what I was saying. She loudly and very dismissively said to everyone around her "oh we ruined the weekend" mocking me. When I told her she was being rude she yelled and told me I was rude. I said "I'm just trying to explain..." to which she cut me off and said "yea yea you wanted it to be a surprise, yea I know." I asked to speak to the manager and she said manager Kristie is not in until Friday but she can't help me either. The therapists are great but the management is a joke. I got my wife a membership a couple years ago. She is a stroke survivor from 20 years ago. And needed to get a massage from time to time.She went a handful of times just her health and our schedules it didn't work out as much as we wanted it to. So we canceled her membership yesterday and get a email saying that the 17 credits she has a not transferable and no refund either. Just so people know 17x75 is $1275.00 so if you go there make sure you use every credit because you will screwed out of them. read more

When someone makes and pays for an appointment (in the traditional way) confirms that that person has committed to be a responsible human being and show up. This also means if such person doesn't show up they forfeit the payment made. I will not nor ever use a service moving forward that requires reconfirming after confirming after the initial confirmation. I thought this places whole concept of business was to relieve stress. J and Jose M are my go-to masseurs, especially for deep tissue work. These two are fantastic and really know their craft!!! I usually go there for facials with Timothy, and for massages with Jose. Excellent experience every time! They make sure that they pay attention to my needs and deliver. Timothy listens and remembers conversations, I feel my best when I come out of those sessions. While Jose also listens and really hits the achy points, my picky husband also liked his session with him. I feel like overall they do take good care of their customers, but A+ on those two! I feel relaxed on every session. Also want to commend AGM Kristine; she made sure she addressed issues concerning closure due to COVID, and gave great customer service to ensure they take care of their customers as soon as they open. She spent time asking me questions about my skincare routine and what my skin needs/goals are. She explained each step of the facial process, but it wasn't disruptive to my relaxation. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing her again. The only thing I didn't like was the cross selling of products because it kind of killed my after-facial-buzz. I received a gift membership for christmas, which was for three massages to be used in three months. I called to schedule my last massage and was told my membership had already expired. Sam called the original location and had them extend my membership so I could get my final massage. Big plus for me. Seems like it's hard to get people to stand up for you these days, so this was very nice of him to offer. Tanya gave me my massage and for the first time in my experience, hot stones, heating lotion and bio-freeze were used in conjunction with the typical massage procedures. I loved it! Tom is my favorite masseuse at this location. He specializes in trigger point and deep tissue massage which is what I always need since I'm always stressed out. I've seen him twice now and he hasn't disappointed me yet. Always leave feeling brand new after my sessions with him, and they are usually 1.5 hours long! The girls at the front desk are also so very pleasant. Always polite and very happy. The music here is also very relaxing, reminds me of the deep forest. I have a membership here also and they roll over! So sometimes I don't even pay for my massage if I miss a month. I now alternate between two therapists, Linda and Steve. To me they are the Yin/Yang of massage therapy. Linda is the holistic, calming and meditative Yin to Steve's precision, focused and efficient Yang. Both are incredibly effective and knowledgeable. You just can't go wrong with either. We both had a great experience. My masseuse was David and he did such a great job, I was really relaxed when we left. The one thing I didn't like was the hard sale at the end when you are checking out, I understand that's what they are supposed to do but I wasn't a fan.
