For it being my first time I quite didn't enjoy it . The guy that did my massage was ruff and only used his elbow. I did mention it to him that he was hurting me. Over all experience wasn't good and didn't get an my relaxation it was more brutal and once it was over. Keep in mind that this isn't a typical massage, the tecnique is different, most of them don't speak English and you will be asked to remove everything but your undies, but they masage itself is great and the location is clean. My second time coming for a massage. My first time was with a woman named Linda who was PERFECT and I enjoyed it so much, I came back being I decided to make it a monthly self care thing for me. I called before hand to make sure Linda was in- she was not- but I was told there were others there to do a deep tissue massage. This massage by NOT Linda: easily one of the worst massages Ive ever had, like it was SO bad despite her trying. She was a very small thin woman and even with her whole body, didn't have enough pressure for me. I asked for her to go harder (starting with medium pressure) but that turned into pointy, boney elbows and knees poking me instead of constant smooth pressure. It was painful and she had very thin fingers with long nails that snapped and scratched my skin- at the point I thought she cut me with her nails, I asked her to stop and requested another masseuse. I got a second woman who was not AS BAD as the first, but still pretty bad. It was not a relief.... The massage seemed short and it was obvious she was unsure of what to do... like she just was doing what she thought you do in a massage, if that makes sense. It hurt AGAIN, was not relaxing at all and even the blanket they had me covered in was SOOOOO ROUGH it was hurting my skin while either masseuses pulled and snapped my skin. I got a "rug burn" on my back from it. It was just honestly a terrible experience. I was scared to try someone else beyond Linda- I was right. If I do come back again, I will ONLY let Linda massage me. I paid $90 for a massage from hell and still gave $20 tip for both ladies time (even though no tip at all was really my apt, I just thought $10 for both women was atleast something for their attempts. All in all: trust your instincts if you have a fave and Labella- please absolutely throw away the rough "bedding" (I honestly felt like I received a massage from under a table runner or some scrubbing fabric- absolutely terrible.) If you want a true luxury spa experience (asthetic wise) then this place isn't for you but if you want an extremely good massage & service that will put you to sleep this is the place!!! I like my massages to hurt a little- they do deep tissue here. Came in for a much needed massage. Only did 90 mins this time, but truthfully could have benefited from a full 2 hrs. I keep coming back because the massages are always so awesome. I inevitably have deep seated knots that I need help with & they always manage to get them or at least massage them into submission so they aren't so bad. This time? This time knots were found I didn't even know existed. I know there are a lot of muscles in the glutes & if you've never had someone massage the glutes or Piriformis muscle, while it can be painful, it is absolutely worth it. Went in for a couples massage. One of the masseuse were coughing and sniffling quite often and so we asked if they were sick and was told no. Coughing throughout the entire session definitely tells me he was sick. Two days later we are both hit with the symptoms of being infected as well. I called to advise the company of their failure to operate safely for their clients and was sent a message by the owner. Attached is the message I received and I don't believe for one minute they were fired. Now today we are taking covid tests thanks to them after paying 150 dollars to relax and only be sick. read more

Amazing. I have had consistent massages for several years and this is one of the best massages I've ever had. My regular therapist was unavailable so I booked here because they could get me in same day, and I was pleasantly surprised. As a D1 collegiate athlete, I have tons of knots and aches and prefer very deep pressure. My massage therapist was able to give me the pressure I needed and targeted the knots that were causing me the most pain. Lu did a great job and accommodated the deep pressure I needed, while still checking in with me throughout. I had a wonderful experience at La Bella. I have shoulder issues (knots restricting blood flow) and had general soreness/ tightness from working out. I figured I'd try La Bella as it is close and affordable. It was one of the best massages I've ever had. They do stretching, flexibility, hot stone and massage. It is a simple set up, so don't expect a foo foo spa. I booked the night before online- extremely easy. It is clean and they are extremely nice. $60 for an hour massage- can't beat it. I feel so disappointed having to leave a review because I really do appreciate when people provide services for me. But it was not relaxing AT ALL. I paid $75 for 90min combination massage and the entire time I heard the employees walking around, on the phone with customers, and talking to customers in the front. I get it, it's open and there are curtains. But I've been places where it was the same but it was Q U I E T! Not to mention other customers giggling and talking amongst themselves in the back a few spots down from me which blows my mind how inconsiderate they were being. I'm 2mo postpartum and have residual back aches from carrying my baby and this visit didn't help at all. For the massage, it mostly felt like she was just touching my skin but with light pressure. She was more firm on my back which I appreciate but again, couldn't enjoy. I feel like they do their best, because I noticed throughout that what was done to one side of my body wasn't the same on the other. I'm really just sad and disappointed. Just finished a massage and the massage therapist was a 5. What bugs me is the fact that they get indignant about the tip. I just read 3-4 articles on tipping massage therapist. Tipping is just that tipping. I use to go frequently at my chiropractors office, WA, and did not tip as I've had my own business for 30 years and the tip I get from my clients is repeat business and referrals. I don't say hey I need and extra 20% for allowing you to use me. In fact I never charge for all my time. And guess what, I don't get all the money I charge. I have to pay company and personal taxes to Uncle Sam, I have to pay for my own medical. I do not get vacation pay, dah, that one is totally on me. And if I don't work I don't bill nor get money into the company. So this tipping thing is getting out of control. These shops need figure this out. I felt the pressure that I had to pay more as I tipped $10 for a 90 minute massage that cost me $90. If I didn't come in to their office they would have not earned any dollars for that room and the girl would not have been paid unless it was hourly vs per massage which would have been zero. So with that being said, after reading the articles I'll go to a sole proprietor where they keep what they bill. Sorry LA Bella. read more

First off, my wife and I had booked a 1 hour combination massage and I defiantly don't get a combo. My masseuse didnt massage my feet at all and she pretty much spent half of the massage on my upper back. There's nice ambiance music and I was SO happy that the massage therapist (Lily, who is AMAZING), didn't try to talk or keep a conversation. I booked A couples massage and was kind of caught off guard because when we walked in we weren't greeted. Instead it was more of a get in and get undressed. When the massage began I was kind of uncomfortable because I wasn't sure what was going on, not much was explained to us. During the massage they also kept talking and was very obvious when someone opened the curtain to speak to one of the providers. We didn't even see the faces of our therapists. The pressure was pretty intense and hurt a lot, some spots were awful and others were OK. Personally I was twitching from pain and it was very noticeable but she still continued the same pressure. Something that really bothered us was the boundaries. The whole blanket was ripped off of me and left me exposed in my underwear, I really didn't appreciate not even a heads up. I requested for both of us to have female therapist but instead got a male and female therapist. I wish this was communicated more. Another thing was our buttocks area was massaged and wasn't something we consented to. I definitely wish there was more communication and appreciation for boundaries. Currently still sore from the massage and wouldn't do it again. read more
