We sent a message, explaining what had happened, and received a rude response, all of which are documented, telling us that we were not eligible for a refund and telling us that we did not wait at all. Then, another rude rambling message, telling us that they routinely host politicians and professional sports stars. I would recommend you avoid this place at all costs. Check out the reviews on Groupon, and please do not waste your time like we did. Go to a reputable establishment, with posted health inspections. This place is filthy and unprofessional.
