The contract agreement doesn't work for people who have busy work schedules and in order to cancel membership you have to provide written notice, you cant just call. Its very very hard to book appointments because they're always booked. Any unused credits expire no longer than 90 days after cancellation. I have 8 that are paid for and im not able to use them. You can't transfer them nor can you gift the unused appointments to anyone per the contract agreement. So if you're to busy to get in save your money because you'll essentially be giving it to them without services rendered. read more

Very nice and modern. They offer discounts for your first time, and they have a pretty good monthly plan if you want to keep coming. The only thing I didn't like, they don't have the waiting room where you put on your robes and sandals and wait for your Masseuse. I really wanted to love this place... I booked a 2 hour massage for myself and for my fiance for Valentine's Day and here is how the experience was... The owner at the front desk was very nice and attentive, the place was very clean had beautiful spa music playing and very nice smells in the lobby. The rooms were also ckean,dimly lit and very inviting. The massages we both had left much to be desired. I don't believe their Massage therapist are very well trained. The massages were way more fluff than therapy. We both got out after 2 hours feeling like we were not massaged at all. Very disappointing. The music was also very loud and distracting in the rooms. At the end , the owner did try to upsale the membership but it wasn't a hard sale so that was OK. I probably wouldn't go back but the experience wasn't all bad either hense the 3 stars. read more

Had an hour-long Swedish massage with Tabitha. I explained to her a couple of problem areas and she did a great job of spending extra time in those spots. I love the aromatherapy that is used with the massage, it definitely adds to the overall experience. I like that she went over some at-home methods to to ease the tension in my back. The membership program was explained to me at check-out, but it didn't feel pushy. Keep in mind, this isn't like a 5-star luxury experience type of spa (no champagne and plush robe upon arrival), however if you are simply looking for a good massage, this is a good option. read more

I have had several 90 minute massages from various people and never have been disappointed. Here recently Domenica has been my personal masseuse and she is the sweetest, and the most kindest person you could ever meet. I wasn't feeling very well when I went in but she catered to my ever need from adjusting the bed to my comfort level and using certain oil combinations to help with my sinus congestion. I wish I could give zero stars. If you want to feel like you've had a bad sunburn instead of a facial this is the place. 1. I made an appointment for 6:30 p.m. 2. I arrived at 6:10 to make sure I could fill out any paperwork 3. I was greeted nicely and promptly - so that wasn't an issue 4. They did tell me that they were running late - I can understand that - but it was weird to wait in the front. 5. Finally got taken back at 6:46 (I checked my phone) 6. Was supposed to have an "enhancement" because I bought a groupon - no enhancement 7. She used a scrub on my face and scrubbed it for over 10 minutes - I've had many facials in the past and I just knew this wasn't legit 8. For giving facials she had the roughest skin on the palms of her hands 9. My 60 minute facial lasted 45 minutes - I was not very happy about that - but my skin was (and still is) so raw I'm not sure I could have endured much more 10. I did check my phone to make see the time (my daughter was concerned about being delayed) so I knew for sure when she finished 11. Luckily the person checking me out skipped the "hard sell" they do for each person at the end (possibly because I already heard it twice while waiting to be seen initially and possibly because I waited over 15 minutes to check out while she upsold another client.) Seriously if I had known that my skin would have been scrubbed harsly for 10 minutes I would never have booked a facial. I've had many facials in my life and this was horrible. They're supposed to be relaxing - this was not. Even the neck massage was harsh. When I woke up this morning my face was still burning from last night. UPDATE: I just got a call from Lexi regarding my service and she was very, very nice. Was concerned about my experience and offered a free facial. Said she would share my feedback with the owner. We bought a couples massage Groupon because I have heard great things about it for another location and read good reviews. Unfortunately this massage for me was more like a long back rub that I was waiting to end. At one point, my masseuse lifted my leg up by the ankle high into the air, bent it, and went in circular motions with it which was very uncomfortable. The massage oil used was sometimes cool or room temperature and sometimes hot, lacked consistency. My masseuse could tell that I was uncomfortable so her tone towards me wasn't inviting any longer. Pressure wise, I had asked for medium pressure so I thought perhaps my husbands would've been better pressure because he asked for firm, but unfortunately he felt the same. Maybe because it was a Groupon, they gave us the inexperienced masseuses. But regardless, even in that case it wasn't worth the money or time by any means unfortunately. read more

I had a great massage here this week! Except for one time, I have to say the massages have been exactly what I needed and the therapists extremely knowledgeable and top notch at what they do. Perhaps that time just didn't click as well between me and the therapist bc I left feeling like I didn't really have a massage and the areas I mentioned needed attention were not done. Ever since, everyone has done a great job focusing on and being helpful with areas that are troubling me and wanting to make them better. It's a very nice facility and very professional. Exactly what I'd like when looking for a massage place. They really have taken it to the top with technology and the offerings with the massage tables, aromatherapy, etc. Can't say I've seen anything like it! Super impressed with my experience here. Had a groupon for a 45 dollar facial (what a steal!!) and was greeted immediately. They took me on a tour of the spa, had me fill out a questionnaire, and took me back to the room. The Esthetician was very knowledgeable and thorough on explaining what she was doing. This was a so so experience. The staff was all very friendly and the place was clean and cozy. However, there were a few downfalls. When we arrived we waited several minutes before anyone even greeted us. Then when we were greeted a guy walked out that was finished with his massage and they skipped right to helping him and ignored us. My friend and I scheduled a couples massage, but we were in separate rooms. I paid for an hour massage. My massage lasted from 8:11 to 8:59! I was very disappointed. The masseuse was very kind, it was an okay massage. My friend did not enjoy hers at all. When we got to the lobby I asked her why she had lines on her face and her masseuse never had her flip over. She said he only rubbed / stroked her back the entire time. He told her his life story and asked advice about quitting smoking, going back to school, and other life events. She was basically his therapist for the 48 minute massage. Disappointing! read more
