I don't typically leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I initially reached out privately to try to resolve this matter before posting publicly. Unfortunately, I never received a response. When I signed up, I was told my membership was month-to-month and that I could cancel at any time. After I canceled, I continued to be charged. When I contacted management, I was told I was actually enrolled in a different membership, was informed I owed an early cancellation fee, and was denied any refund for the charges that continued after my cancellation. What is most disappointing is not just the billing issue, but the lack of communication and accountability. I made every effort to resolve this directly and professionally before leaving a review, but my concerns were ignored. When I did receive communication, the responses from management were unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked the professionalism I would expect from a business that values its customers. Rather than trying to understand or resolve the issue, I felt my concerns were brushed aside. I encourage anyone considering a membership here to carefully review all paperwork and get any verbal promises in writing. My experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. I hope this business improves both its customer service and the professionalism with which it handles customer concerns. read more

Shari gave me the best massage! I came here because I couldn't get into my usual place and needed in for an urgent issue, and am so glad I did! Shari made me feel very comfortable(her table has a place for a woman's chest to rest), knew exactly where to focus and just really seemed in tune with my body. Availability is great and front desk was very nice and helpful. I will be going back to see Shari for all of my future massages. read more

Joey was the best Masseuse I've every had work on me. She knew exactly what to do for my muscle aches around my thighs and hips. I would strongly recommend her. The reason I scored a 3 is because Joey was the BEST and for that I would have given a 5, BUT........... My complaint: I had a gift card for an introductory one hour massage, and I opted for hot stones as an "elevation". The receptionist told me it would cost me $20 more when I made the appt. The next evening after my massage as I was paying, a different receptionist told me I owed $40. I advised that the receptionist the day before told me it would be $20 above my gift card amount. It was like she didn't hear me! She didn't back down. I paid, and will not return. I was lied to and ignored. read more

While I enjoyed using their services, be careful when closing your contract. For a year I paid a monthly amount for massages. But during the spring, I wasn't able to get a massage because the spa was closed down. I was ok with still paying the monthly amount, as I figured I would be able to make it up. But I wasn't. At the end of my contract, I asked them to stop taking payments. When they did that, they also cancelled the two appointments I had in the two upcoming months to make up for the two months that they were shut down and won't issue refunds. I basically paid for two months when they were shut down, and they took advantage of that by not letting me use those credits. read more

Not impressed with the place. The location is excellent, but the stuff should work or hiring people that do a great job so their business would grow. Unfortunately my massage was less then okay. First, it was not full 60 minutes. Really?? First time customer and you are not giving me 60 minutes- not cool, today or ever!! Kenzie was nice but her massage sucked (I've received many massages over the years). DO NOT massage over a sheet AND the blanket for 10 minutes- what a complete waste of time! My hands or fingers were never touched, nor my thighs. My head or face neither.... Huge lack of routine!! You can concentrate on one area, but don't sell feet scrub for extra $12.00 when I said "no but thank you" to the receptionist. Sadly to say I won't be back to this place. Very disappointed for spending $80.00 (special introductory price for new customers). Wow! read more

I will not be going to Massage Heights again. The first time I was in there, I witnessed a customer attempt to check in, only to be told her appointment was cancelled. She had not been called, even though they claimed they had. A few weeks later the same thing happened to my mom. She showed up to Massage Heights for her late afternoon appointment. The lights were off and the doors were closed. She called and the next day was told her appointment had been cancelled (with no proof that they had tried to call her). Today, I went to check in for my appointment that I made over a month ago. When I told them my name, they said they had NO record of me ever making an appointment. I'm thoroughly frustrated with this establishment and don't recommend anyone waste their time going here. You may just show up and have to drive right back home. read more

I received my first massage at this location on 3/11/16 with Chelsea. I was told to get massage therapy by my chiropractor so I specifically came here for a sciatica issue and stated that IN INK on the human skeletal picture on the take in sheet I filled out prior to the appointment. I circled the area and even placing "#1" next to/pointing to the sciatica area. The therapist did not massage down onto my hips. She stopped just around my lumbar area. She was/had been ill and coughing in the room during my massage. I am sore with a numbness extending into my fingers in my right right arm which I did not have prior to the therapist grabbing inside my armpit with her fingers and pulling my upper body up (I am assuming to stretch something) which I feel was odd. The whole massage was just odd. I have had a massage before (not by this company). I then received a courtesy call the following afternoon asking how I liked my massage. I responded as I have above and the person offers a "free foot scrub" or some junk on my next visit. I didn't come in for a pamper, I came in for SPECIFIC PAIN and of course I can't get ANYONE to help or even do the elementary things I DREW OUT IN THE PICTURE! I am in EVEN MORE pain now and the best customer service I get after an AWFUL and PAINFUL experience is "I can throw in a free half hour with your next 60 min booking." So now I have been ignored, robbed, and patronized. The "customer service" call, was just a slap in the face. On top of all this I have to file the claim for the insurance myself since this establishment doesn't do this. Naturally I am not about to pay for MORE services here if they can't even rectify the issue I have with ONE I have already purchased. I feel it is yet just another example of predatory efforts to extract money out of people who REALLY NEED HELP and PAY GOOD MONEY for help and NEVER get it... The place is poorly managed. Managers refuse to return phone calls and make their front desk staff deliver messages they don't even understand about billing and cancellations. They will keep charging your card months after cancelling and suddenly you cannot get ahold of anyone to work with. Their turnover is such that I only found one good therapist and she left soon after. This place is a joke and they are a bunch of crooks. I booked a 120 minute couples massage for an anniversary present for my wife at Shoal Creek location, I just received a call and they canceled my appointment two hours before we were to arrive. If I would have canceled in that short of notice, I still would have been charged a fee. They didn't offer me a new appointment, but if my wife or myself wanted to come in alone they could fit one of us in, which make no sense since I booked a couples massage it defeats the purpose.. The massage with Chris was AWESOME! This is about customers service which is what keeps you customers returning. I was offered a membership for $49.99 a month 12 months of free stones and 2 free massages plus reactivation of 4 from a previous membership. I have a contract that had to sign for membership. It took several calls to get the 4 unlocked then fast forward to billing they charged me $59.99 when the promotion was not what my contract stated.Talk to manager Ashley to explain to her what the contract stated and what I bought into she said well the contract is not right WELL WAIT WHAT and there is nothing I can do about it WHAT??? So she directed me to Tiffany Springs because I asked for the person higher than her she said he at Tiffany Springs but there is nothing he can do about it. So I call Tiffany Springs the manager there oh we can fix that as I explained the situation til I said I spoke with Ashley so you can fix it or not. Then she said Gary, myself or Ashley will call you back TIK TOC WAITING! Update Gary returned the call and apologized and informed me that at his level he will get it corrected and explained what possibly happened and his explanation would've been sufficient.. I love this place. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. The staff turn over is a little bad but that happens everywhere. I am currently using Amanda who is fantastic. I hate to mention her name because it will be more difficult to get an appointment with her if more people book with her! I have been a member for a very long time. A few years back I purchased a one hour massage card along with buying a membership. It clearly said on the card, "Good for a one hour massage therapy". It did not state any dollar amount which at the time was like, $59.95. I recently decided to go to them for a massage. Willing to purchase plus use the card which clearly stated one hour massage was advised that she simply couldnt honor it for an hour but if I purchased a 3 hour session she could apply the 59.95 as a credit to which I agreed because she would not honor what their card stated. Upon entering and given a room, she allowed 10 minutes to undress and get on the table which 3 minutes maybe even 5 would be plenty. So at noon was admitted, at 12:10 she entered and started the massage. At 1:15 she said you can get dressed now and left the room. So for a 90 minute session I literally got a 65 minute massage. She did perform an excellent massage so I cannot complain about that but I think I was not treated fairly on both the use of the card and on time allotted. I am going to return one more time and give them another chance as they are clean with a good atmosphere. If I feel I get ripped off again I will no longer return there. read more

Heather gave me the best massage I've had since my fav therapist retired in 2006 (and I've had many massages since)! I went in with a migraine, had a deep tissue 60min, focusing on my upper body.....and left without a headache to go about my day! So very thankful and pleased. Fast check-in, didn't feel hassled about a membership (although I'm considering), very clean, quiet, relaxing, friendly. Not usually a fan of "chain stores" but I'm a fan here. read more

I have been going monthly to them for close to a year. And have been happy with the service I have received up until the rate increase. I dont really mind an increase, but it was almost 1/3 percent increase or I could choose less services for close to the same money I am paying now. That is ridiculous I canceled my membership. Lets hope they stop charging my credit card close to 100.00 per month. read more

I paid for the monthly membership but it was impossible to get a massage. They never had any availability, and when I did get in there were a bunch of unused rooms....they said they could keep staff. So eventually I had to cancel after paying hundreds of dollars and having a bank of like 8 massages I couldn't get. They said I could keep the massages and still use them since I paid for them. They continued to charge my credit card for two months after cancelling. Then 30 days after that my massages were all gone and my account was locked out. When I went in to complain about the extra charges the manager on duty told me only the director could even view my account since I had cancelled. Asked for a call from director but never got it. Long story short I paid for a lot of massages that I never got and they didn't seem to care. read more
