I enjoyed my time here but felt a little rushed at the end cause we were the last clients there before close. First of all, the place is incredibly hard to find! There is no signage to make it clear that the spa is located inside and the space looks like it is either being sold or abandoned. While Richetta is really lovely to talk with, it was the most painful wax I have ever had. I ended up with 6 inch bruises where my legs meet my hips, and was told this was because either my pants or my underwear was too tight. I was wearing a dress. I have NEVER had this happen with previous waxes. It was so bad that my husband thought I was openly bleeding. 4 inches of skin was also taken off my eyebrows. It was incredibly painful and I would not recommend getting waxed here.

When I went in my right shoulder was hanging down about 1 inch lower than my left shoulder and I could barely turn my head to the right. Arrianna is a miracle worker. She was able to work out the muscle and I felt 99% better the next day. I was also able to take a PT test on Thur with no issues thanks to her!
