Michael did an excellent job reviving my beat up body prior to the NYC Marathon! I had taken a fall less than two weeks before race day. He came with everything needed...right down to the music! He quickly set up his table and before I knew it, I was escaping into a wonderful massage. (If I were going to a spa, I would have been stuck in traffic at that time as it was rush hour) He asked me if I had any areas he should focus on, and when I asked him to help relieve my backache - he personalized the massage to do just that. But I didn't feel he rushed any aspect to do that - I not only felt so much more relaxed but even energized afterwards. This is my third time receiving a 90 minute deep tissue massage from Michael and he is consistently fabulous. I have aches and pains in my upper back, IT band, glutes, calves, and feet and he manages to work them all out equally well. He applies deep pressure in a way that's not painful at all, and responds really well to your body as he massages.
