After we changed, we were taken to a small lounge with comfortable chaises for each of us. We were offered champagne or another drink, as well as hot or cold neck wraps. The air was filled with a gentle scent and there was nice music playing softly. Next was a trip to the massage room where we indulged in massages that not only focused on our necks, backs and shoulders, but arms, faces and heads as well. Very relaxing.
