I'm not the type to want a massage, but I will get one if it was a gift or if I'm doing a couples massage. Juliet worked my knots in my back and really focused on them to ensure they would loosen up. Now the after effect of the massage I felt like I was just leaving a street fight, but after some hydration and some heating pads, I was back to normal. Once everything returned back to normal, I can honestly say that I can tell a huge difference with my range of motion as well as my overall movement.
