I would not recommend this business to anyone. From the moment I arrived, there was a complete lack of professionalism and basic client care. I was never asked to complete any intake paperwork regarding injuries, medical conditions, areas to avoid, areas to focus on, or consent regarding exposure and physical contact. These are standard practices at reputable massage establishments and are critical for both client comfort and safety. The massage itself was one of the most painful experiences I've ever had. There was no discussion beforehand about pressure preferences, comfort level, or treatment goals. Throughout the session, the therapist never checked in to see if the pressure was appropriate or if I was comfortable. What made the experience especially concerning was that my male massage therapist pulled my underwear down approximately halfway down my buttocks while working on my lower back and glute area for an extended period of time. At no point was this discussed beforehand, nor was consent requested. There was also no communication during the session regarding what he was doing or whether I was comfortable with that level of exposure. I've never left a massage feeling so uncomfortable and unsettled. Looking back, I wish I had spoken up in the moment, but clients should not be put in a position where they have to advocate for basic communication, professionalism, and informed consent. Those standards should be built into the experience from the start. To top it off, as I was leaving, a staff member stopped me to ask about leaving a tip. After an experience that left me uncomfortable and in pain, that interaction felt particularly inappropriate and only reinforced my negative impression of the business. My girl and I moved here from NJ. We use to get regular massages so we are pretty well versed. This place had great reviews and with good reason. You can make appointments online which is nice and convenient. The price was appropriate nothing out of range. We found it no problem and found parking pretty easily. As we walked in we were greeted immediately. We came early to the appointment but they had us go to a room before our time to get ready. My girl and me were in the same room. Both Masseuses asked right away, where do we want their focus, and how we like our pressure. She catered my massage to my preference and I was extremely happy with her technique. The rooms were low lit and warm as they should be. They had long sheets to cover us fully and did a good job of moving the sheet accordingly while we got massaged. I can honestly say this was the BEST massage I have ever had! I stopped in after seeing the "walk in's welcome" sign and just needed some relief from a crick in my neck. Jason was very thorough in relieving the knots in my neck and back. He used hot stones and hot towels which added to the relief and relaxing experience. The lotion/oils used did not have any strong scents and there weren't any aromatic oils used although that would have been a nice touch. Very clean and simple furnishings and atmosphere but if you're looking for an affordable and therapeutic massage that you walk away feeling you have gotten your money's worth then this is the place. Really great massage! When I called on the phone to make an appointment I explained that I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and could not stand the pain anymore and was able to get an appointment easily! I feel like a new person. I'm sure it takes a lot of them physically to give great massages. I made sure to leave a tip for Monica who did so great. My favorite part was getting a massage with the hot stones! Place seemed very neat and clean! No strong smells of anything which I liked so I wouldn't start sneezing a storm. Absolutely satisfied with the level of attention that I got. My masseuse was methodical and thorough, working my back then the back of my arms, legs, my feet, neck, head, face, upper torso and legs. The application of hot stones on my back was sensational; the hot towels used for wiping down the excess oil was also a wonderful culmination to a relaxing 90 minutes. My first impression was quite good: I entered the reception area and was immediately welcomed by the hostess. I was prompted to select the product I wanted after which I was ushered to a room with soft light and soothing music. I am in heaven! I needed to write this massage before my foot massage because when I tell you this is the place to go to, just say thank you. I came in with a weary back and shoulders and asked for a chair massage with focus of neck and shoulders and a foot massage. It was amazing. The pressure, consistency and precision was A1, 10! I don't even live in this state and I can't wait to return back while I have another assignment in town, which is in about 3 weeks. I left with my pain gone, and decided that I would come back the next day with my boyfriend for a couple's foot and neck massage. Again was so impressed and decided I had to leave a review. What I really live is the unpretentiousness and honest pricing, with careful, methodical attention to muscles and tendons. It was so good I came back on Monday for a 2-hour massage. This is the first time in 2 years since our car accident I've been able to have more range of motion in my neck. I am also awkward about my weight and that was never mentioned for which I was very thankful. I have had 2 massages each consisting of a 30 minute reflexology and 60 minute deep tissue massage. Jason did an excellent job on my feet starting with a hot wash then thorough foot, ankle and calf massage. Once complete, I moved into room for full body deep tissue massage topped off with hot stone. Amy was exceptional in all aspects of this massage. AMAZING!! I've been suffering from chronic back and neck pain for 30-plus years. They were able to use the right pressure and massage techniques to work out tight muscles in knots in my shoulders back and hips. These muscles have been in knots for longer than I can remember. It was difficult to find a good massage spa around here and Apple Maps brought me to this beautiful place. First of all they answered the phone and was friendly on the phone instead of all others. Then I came and I felt that this place has professional and friendly atmosphere. I got great deep tissue massage with attention on the painful spots that I was needed. I had a neck massage. It was fantastic. Very friendly people and clean. The masseuse had very very strong hands and politely asked me if I wanted more pressure or less which I appreciated. Some places don't ask and that can be a problem. I am an avid mountain biker and my neck and trap area can get very tight. Relaxing this muscle group helps relieve any pressure from the muscles pulling too hard from one side of the spine. I highly recommend this place. read more

I've been going to Massage Relax for a few years now. I use Jason ( and have every time)... he is the best masseuse in the world if you want a deep tissue massage! However, if you you want a massage that isn't super hard he will adjust to your preference. My son uses them as well and he says all the girls there are excellent as well!
