Was told gift cards are only good for 2 months, so the expiration date was not correct. They had me go back in my bank statements and try to find the transaction since I didn't have a receipt. I could not find it since most likely my husband used cash. He even has a photo of the advertised special when he was in there. Obviously they need the business as there were no clients and they were able to schedule me over the phone last minute. This is not how you conduct business. Will not be back, but will work on finding proof of payment to request refund.

She put a ton of pressure on my legs, possibly puting more effort into the massage than I put into my race, and to the point that I actually had to ask her to put less pressure. Despite that pressure, her massage was also extremely consistent, and I could tell she was really well practiced. She also spent extra time on my neck when I requested it. Outside of being a perfect post-run massage, the place was very clean and organized, and the front desk lady was extremely hospitable, and is definitely now my go to massage place.
