The owner answered and fit me in same day. I really appreciated that she could accommodate me after 5:30, so I rushed from Norfolk to arrive as early as possible. She was able to work out most of the stubborn knots in my neck and shoulders, but suggested I visit at least twice a month. I was absolutely for it and receptive to her tips about loosening tightness when sitting at a computer all day. She gave me some samples of biofreeze and a bottle of water and I committed to calling for another appointment in a couple weeks. Now I know I should've made the appointment while I was there because I have since called about four times to no avail. It's a small business -- I get it. But at least have voicemail options. You can't even make appointments online either! In 2020, this is a crazy way to operate.

Not a big deal, but may be an issue for some people. The shop itself is kind of small and intimate and there's nothing fancy about it. Massages don't need fancy! My massage therapist is amazing. Really really love her. She's a tiny lady but has amazing strength! I feel like a total jerk I can't remember her name. My husbands therapist was also extremely good, or at least I think so from the snoring I was hearing! We both left very relaxed and with every intention of visiting again. I hope they hang out there for a long time and are very successful.

She helped me with exercises and stretches that I could do at home that together with her therapy have cured my lower back pain. The massage room is located inside a Karate studio, but once you walk into this massage room, you're transported into a total relaxing experience.
