Karen was amazing! I booked a prenatal massage with Karen while I worked in Elmhurst, NY (stayed in Fresh Meadows) it was about 15 minutes from my hotel via uber. I filled out a survey, she talked me through the pressure points she'd go over, asked me what my problem areas were and let me know what the limits were for a prenatal massage. Once in the room, she stepped out so I could get undressed and let me know how to lie down to support my belly. When she stepped back in, everything was amazing, this was the most relaxed I'd been since I had been in NY and was probably the most comfortable rest I experienced. Of course per usual you must hydrate very well and drink a lot of water. She gave me a few cups before I left. Her price is so on point as well. I'm only sorry I'm writing this review so late. Don't hesitate to book Karen. She really knows what she's doing. I only wish my schedule allowed me to visit her more often. read more

I went to Karen for a prenatal massage today (currently 32 weeks), I made an appointment online and it was very easy to access. I also received a reminder text one the day of the appointment. It was my first time doing prenatal massage and Karen was amazing! I almost fell asleep during the massage. She got my sore points with pressure that's just right. I'm about 32 weeks pregnant and just enjoyed a great prenatal massage by Karen. The room is on the 2nd floor of a shared office space and it's no frills. The pressure and technique were just right. I didn't even know my rotator cuff muscles were sore until she kneaded it out. Karen had me lie on my side with a pillow (switch sides) and created a warm, comfortable, and calming environment. At almost 39 weeks pregnant i had been having back pain every morning for the entire previous month, which is almost to be expected when you have a huge new belly youve never had to deal with before. I've tried many different places and the therapists are either too hard or too soft. Karen totally understood how much pressure to apply. She is very strong and gentle at the same time.
