Tania has helped my baby boy and me for the last year. She has given the baby homeopathic treatments for teething, fever, and allergies. Tania was the best doula I could have had for my first birth, and an amazing resource for my holistic pregnancy process. I got so much insight and education beyond what to expect in labor and delivery. I was also stoked to have my prenatal yoga teacher Keya assisting Tania during my labor as well! The fact that Tania's a registered Homeopath was wonderful, especially during post pardem. When I had excruciating nipple pain on my right side, the Borax and Hypericum she prescribed and hand delivered made me feel so much better and the pain disappeared without medical drugs. She was there every step of the way during my very challenging 3-day labor. Even in the middle of the night! She is a super-mom who's been there, having had successful home and hospital births. Even if she doesn't have an answer she is connected to the most amazing experts in the holistic community who do. Her referrals to specialists (acupuncture, massage) at Berlin Wellness Center, where she is the resident homeopath, was very helpful both pre and during labor. At Cedars she made sure we had the best possible nurse, room vibe and energy. When things were most challenging towards the end of my labor she remained calm, centered and very professional with the doctors and staff, while remaining tapped in and sensitive to my needs, birth plan and necessary changes. The only thing I didn't like was her strong suggestion we walk inside the Beverly Center during contractions. It was too loud, bright and crowded - not my preferred aesthetic. However, I highly recommend Tania as a holistic doula during prenatal, labor and post pardem. Her value is unmatched. read more

Tania was my doula for my fourth birth. By the fourth, you've been around the block a few times - and Tania was amazing. She was a warm, supportive doula before, during and after birth. She was flexible scheduling our prenatal sessions, which were definitely worth my time and effort as a busy and pregnant mom. Also, whenever I had some pregnancy discomforts (headaches, pulled muscles, back pain) she was always ready to come over and fix it with her massage therapy, Bach flower remedies, and whatever other techniques she needed. During the birth, she knew when to give and when to step back, and how to handle family dynamics in the hospital. After the birth she came over with some more Bach flower remedies to help everyone acclimate to the wonderful, beautiful changes that birth brings to a family.
