My nail tech, Jenny, went above and beyond with my set - she absolutely nailed it. It's been almost a mon weeks now, and my acrylics are still holding strong with no lifting, chipping, or breaks, even though I work with my hands every day lifting heavy boxes and totes. A big thank-you as well to the gentleman who helped with the gold foil - he was so patient and detail-oriented. Everyone here truly takes their time and cares about their work. The buffer they used on my nail was used on other people as was the nail file. In the previous places mentioned they always use a new file, buffer and cuticle stick that they then give you to take home for sanitary purposes. I also saw them place it back in the drawer, maybe at least spray it with rubbing alcohol or something. My nails did look good. The only huge downfall for me was the materials used on other strangers.

They wanted to charge me for the "south asian" package which included services I did not need (e.g. dupatta draping when I was going to be wearing a veil), airbrush makeup (which was not part of the trial at all, nor did I want). Despite multiple attempts to clarify that all I wanted was the simple makeup and hair package, Carrie would not budge - so I went with another company instead and 100% no regrets. They basically made it quite clear that because of my race - NOT the services I was requesting - they would be charging me more. Very disappointing. UPDATE: All I wanted was the platinum package, not the celebrity or the South Asian package. The platinum package covered the services I needed and the level of stylist I had my trial with. While a bargain is great, I'd never ever cheat someone to get it (especially if its someone's way of making a living - paying ppl for their work matters!) nor do I appreciate the implication that I would. Trying to bully a client into paying their hard earned money for services they don't want is a big red flag. Since I retired, I determined I no longer wanted to accumulate monthly sessions so I cancelled my membership and received 6 giftcards (equivalent to several hundred dollars) for the unused sessions I had accumulated. I was assured TWICE that the cards did not have expiration dates but I had to use them at this location. I was happy with that. I made an appointment on their website and received a call today telling me they will not honor the gift cards since they are under new management. They are still under the same corporate umbrella company. I'm now out hundreds of dollars. I consider this very poor customer service. I do not recommend this location. Beware...
