I didn't mind him going in and out of my exam room seeing others because he took good care of me! They have their own x-ray machines on site so you don't have to make a second appointment after the x-rays. He reviews them and shows you where your problems are right on the x-rays, and what he can do to help you. treated me right there and I was home an hour later! He explained in detail what to expect and what can be done if his treatment is not successful, but uses surgery only as a last result. My husband and I really liked him and felt very comfortable with him. The other staff was very good too! I highly recommend him!!~!!

I've gone to Pres Physical Therapy for about 10 years for a variety of injuries; age related, car…read moreaccident related and sports related. The staff is wonderful and very knowledgeable on how to help you heal. When possible, they give you exercises to do at home, to help speed up the healing process. In one case, I had shattered my (non-dominant) foot in a car accident. After working with Presad and his team, my formerly-broken foot had strength at least equal to or possibly even a little better when compared to the uninjured dominant foot. My balance was also better on the injured foot vs. the uninjured. Being that this was my non-dominant foot, it is testimony to the work they do. Fortunately with the education process and exercises for home I was able to work on both sides to be more "even" in strength. I left with the knowledge of how to maintain this balance as I age, and continue to do the exercises they taught me. BEFORE I knew of Pres PT, I used a physical therapist in my doctor's office. It was a never ending cycle. I did not get better and my doctor said I needed more therapy. In hindsight, I don't think I ever would have gotten better--because he was able to bill my insurance company for all of these visits. Presad was able to make that issue go away in only a few visits and some home exercises. I feel blessed to have found Pres PT, Presad and his staff. They are completely dedicated to getting you healthy, so you can live your life as pain-free as possible. They are also very flexible in scheduling to make your visits work with your schedule.

I have been going to Camelback for quite a few years now due to inconsistency in my own schedule (otherwise I probably could have prevented further damage and been better, quicker!) and every single time, it has helped me tremendously. This time around I have tried to really commit and keep a consistent schedule. The results have made a world of difference. When I came back to Camelback this year, I had numbness and tingling in my right foot, terrible pain in what felt like my tailbone that prevented me for sitting for long periods of time (which is hard for me because I work in a corporate office!), and excruciating neck pain due to issues in my neck as well. Since returning, the numbness in my foot has stopped, I can sit for extended periods of time without having to shift every 15 minutes, and I can look down at my phone without having awful pain in my lower neck. My quality of life has improved significantly just in my everyday tasks. I have had interactions with every single member of the staff there and each one is incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I brought my 17 yr old son there this year as well and he experienced about a 70-80 percent improvement as well (we both did Chiro & PT) since going. I found Chris Kelly when he and Mary first opened Fox Valley P.T. and Wellness when my husband required specialized Physical Therapy after spinal surgery and months at Marionjoy and the treatment from Chris was exceptional! For myself, I have received P.T. from Chris following 2 knee replacements.. both knees are still strong after ten years. in the interim I have returned for P.T. for shoulder , back and balance issues which have been resolved each time under Chris' personalized therapy and home exercise plan. Turns out it was what I had thought and was extremely severe. They sent me to do PT at a location which didn't have any actual PT appointments open for 3 months... But they allowed me to do a initial appointment to get a screening done which cost $140. Just to find out later that they just recommend I go somewhere else because they have no appointments, but of course you need a screening anywhere you go, so that was $140 down the drain. The final straw for me leaving this review is how hard they make it to get your own medical records. Their website says you can call their phone number which is just a robot which claims to call you back in 1 hour, but it was 3 days for me. Just to tell me you can only do it online and they charge you $6.50 to get your own test results, which I already paid to have done... Absolute scam of a practice. Stay Away.

Within 3 months of consistent rehab, communication, exercise, and dry needling, I am back on the tennis courts and continuing to live my life as I did prior to injury. They were very attentive and listened throughout the entire process. As I went in for my weekly PT, Joe would assess my progress and would address both gains and losses from the week. We would proceed from there...communication was key! There was always a plan. Mary helped me with dry needling and while it was uncomfortable for a couple of the sessions, it was truly beneficial overall. I would definitely have dry needling done again if I had a flair up. I am a fan and advocate for dry needling! I highly recommend Joe and Mary at Doctors of Physical Therapy.
