I first went to Dr J after my first chemo round, because I suffered from pain & a limp, plus my sciatica was not healing fast enough. Mr Hodge did an alignment assessment and found that I was out of alignment. He helped me re-align my hips and once I was back in balance it felt so much better. So I was surprise to learn from Dr. McPherson that he could treat my torn leg muscles as well. After suffering for over 6 months and not knowing what to do, Dr. McPherson came to my rescue and my leg became progressively better and I was able to dance again without pain. Dr. McPherson was very patient and addressed my whole body in the process of healing my leg. I never felt like I was being rushed out of the office until all my issues were addressed. He used a multitude of therapies including ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation, massage and back adjustments to speed up my healing process. I wasn't nickel and dime for extra therapies and appointments were usually available the same day you need it. Man, getting your back adjusted is like drive thru massage therapy. In one split second, all your tension vanishes. Love massage therapy for the experience, but back adjustments seems so much more effective in releasing tension. The bonus is, you don't have to lie in one position and in the process get all tense in one area or the other. Dr. McPherson also dealt with my occasional neck problems very effectively as well. Always after one session!! In the past, I would limp into a massage therapist and come out feeling better, but still suffer for a week.
