My complaint is that the woman giving me a massage wanted to negotiate a tip and pay prior to providing service. NO WAY. In the US, you are tipped after service is provided and is based on the service delivered (rather than promised service). Too many of these ladies are arriving in the US and they are told very bad information on tipping. This is not China.
