I did show him a picture and although it wasn't what I wanted it was still fun. Two of my nails did break about a week later. Although it was a fill, I was still bummed. Owner had lots of questions when I came in for a mutual resolution to an unsatisfactory service performed. I answered each question until he had no other questions. I've read the owners' LENGTHLY replies to negative reviews from other customers and it's always the fault of the customer. Never the owner or their incompetent staff. Hmmm.... Makes you wonder.... The massage chair is so relaxing while you get your pedicure. One of my favorite parts is the different scrubs they use to massage your legs. You also get a hot stone treatment after the lotion!! When you are finished with your nails they carry your things to the drying station. At the drying station you get a neck and back massage. They do a really good job. Besides nail services, they also offer waxing. They do not do acrylic nails, but they do gel. There is parking along the street right in front of the door and there is also a parking lot across the street.

Friendly staff. And the way he puts it - some of those masseuses have bigger biceps than him (can't verify as I haven't gone (yet)). But he did sing his praises that they delivered a good deep tissue massage as advertised.
