OR you press a buzzer or call the number on the door. Makes for a bit of an awkward first impression / not easy to go back and forth from treatment area upstairs to locker room with sauna and steam room downstairs. - there are no alcoholic beverages available. When we inquired about having a birthday toast they suggested we could bring our own bubbly and sit outside in the hammocks/swings. We did this and it was very nice! But see the point above about getting back in. Bit challenging! - Here's an easy one to fix: there is no cold water in the locker room so if you go in the sauna you'll need to go back upstairs to refill your cup or water bottle then have someone let you back into the locker room. A simple water station in the locker room would solve this issue, - Toiletries are available (a plus!) but on demand (not convenient).
