December 31, 2021 I sent an email to this company and on January 13, 2022 I called and left a message for a return call. No one returned my call so therefore I reached out to them again. They told me that they do not check their emails on a regular basis and did not know that I left a voicemail. Very very discouraging and personally would not recommend going to them. I needed to schedule Lymphatic massages and was then told that they are booked two months out. They apologized for not reviewing their emails and not listening to their voicemail. This 2 star review is related to the Covid practices of this business. My husband had a massage a couple of weeks ago. His therapist was not wearing a mask throughout the hour. 2 days later, he had symptoms. He was fully vaccinated, but went for a Covid test a few days later, it was positive. We called the business and reported this. No one called us back. I called the other day to ask about their Covid protocols and was told masks and vaccines are suggested for their therapists, but NOT mandated! We don't know if anyone there has tested positive for the virus. They were highly recommended by our chiropractor and from other reviews customers are very pleased. I don't like giving negative reviews, but this is an important issue. Since the words "Medical Spa" appear on their site, and they are a privately owned business, they can indeed mandate vaccines and masks. Massage therapists cannot social distance. We can't be sure he contracted the virus there, but I wanted to put this out there for those who care about these practices (although we all should.) These are stressful times, and businesses need to do whatever they can to keep both their employees and customers safe. read more

It is a little tough to find as it is tucked back in an office complex, but it was a great experience. The waiting room is average as well as the massage rooms-rather out-dated. But that's ok. The massage was great and she was very professional. However, she did talk a bit too much to me during the massage which was a little off putting. The decor and feel of the place are excellent. I really wonder about any review that says otherwise, (perhaps the competition?) And I don't know what individual decor style differences have to do with the quality a massage anyway! I've received perfect, memorable massages from Nancy, Misa, and Sally; also facials by Nancy - wonderful! After a serious back injury, Nancy worked a miracle in easing the chronic pain and helping with mobility. Shea treated my TMJ and the improvement has lasted for months so far. I love the Zen atmosphere, the kind, caring practitioners, and the truly remarkable results. No wonder they're repeatedly the winners of the People's Choice Award! My massage was in February. I am a regular to massage, and am used to the amenities that come with it. It's true the front office was run down, there was no feeling of entering into a special spa-like experience. The décor didn't reflect serenity or that special quality of most spas. My therapist was Misa. No special welcome, no glass of water after the massage. The massage itself was perfunctory , and not as sensitive as it could have been. Shea is the best therapist ever. You have to try her deep tissue message. Also you should try her stretching.. I know messages are great and relaxing but Shea's stretch therapy really gets deep into the muscle. Just tell her how you feel and what hurts and she can customize the session. We had a hard time finding this place at night since the parking lot seemed dark to us and it felt like there were lots of little offices. On entering, it smelled strongly like bengay to me. The ladies were friendly. The waiting area is a bit run down in my opinion. Next I used the bathroom, which seemed fine. Then I went to my massage room. I didn't like the decor at all. It looked like a grandma's house with a quilt on the massage table. I found it unrelaxing. I think it should have been more spa/luxury like with everything natural colors (white, tan, sage green). I got the Swedish massage and foot scrub. It was ok. I didn't feel that good afterwards to be worth the money. I also didn't care for the scented oil. It also smelled like bengay to me. read more

The receptionist Was very informative, answered all my questions then asked me several questions. I had an appointment within 2 days with Lisa. I had my massage yesterday it was wonderful. I had deep tissue massage, I received a reduced rate for my first visit, and received a wonderful massage. Lisa found all my trigger points worked on the areas I was sore and was excellent. I felt so good when u left. I rebooked 2 more massages every 2 weeks to get back to feeling good after our move to Lakewood Ranch. I am so pleased with Lisa, and so happy to have found such a clean, relaxing, & friendly business.
