I'm a regular customer at this laundry. Never had a problem before. I usually come Tuesday's or Wednesday's. Today they had a new girl working (assuming she's new because I never seen her before) I ask her for the bathroom key and she looked at me from top to bottom giving a nasty look and proceeded to say with an attitude "the bathroom is out of order" I told her I was doing laundry and that I come here every time but she didn't care. I told my friend to go and ask for the keys and she handled them to her without telling her anything. I felt type of way, maybe because I'm Hispanic she was treating me like that. One of the worst laundromats that I've used for washing and folding. I don't know how they've done it but they found some of the rudest women to work here. If you have any size blanket/quilt/comforter to be washed please go somewhere else. There's nothing like standing and waiting to drop off your laundry and having one of the women working here pull a comforter/blanket/quilt out of the bag and 1- insisting that the size is bigger than you've stated 2 - weigh said comforter/quilt and insist that it's heavy so it qualifies for an extra charge and 3 - you cannot leave until you've paid for the comforter in full. It's embarrassing for the customer and the people waiting to drop off or pick up their laundry. I had to stand there waiting while a father who was there with his young son explained that he only had $20 on him and since they didn't take debit cards he would have to leave to go get the rest of the money from the bank and they were insisting that he couldn't leave without paying in full or he had to take his laundry with him. Small throw blankets are another story. I do NOT recommend this place. read more

My washing machine decided to crap out and we had 2 weeks work of laundry to do. We found this place and decided to try it. The place is extremely well kept and very clean, we were welcomed by a man named John who was extremely nice and helpful. John has a great sense of humor and he was constantly cleaning and keeping the place well kept. He explained so much and I could tell he was a great guy. New to the massapequa area and fell in love with this laundromat!!!! Always clean and somebody is always around if you need a hand. I've been coming here for about 8 months & noticed the owners really take pride in keeping everything clean, neat and even decorated for the season/holidays. (the little things keep me happy!) plenty of parking is a huge plus too! Laundromat always smells fresh too, who wants to wash clothes at a dirty place? Highly recommended! read more

I came here as my usual laundromat, The Laundry Room, stopped doing wash/dry/fold due to Covid-19 pandemic. This laundromat was closer, but 5¢ more per lb. I have been here twice so far. This time I dropped off towels, a few pairs of scrubs (I work in healthcare which is why I don't have time to wash my own), and a quilt. The man weighed my items which came to $21, despite my bags weighing only 20.7 lbs (he rounded up, is that fair?) Two days later I pick it up and the woman charged me $36. I asked why and she said it was because the man didn't count my quilt. I was annoyed because I paid for the weight of the quilt, and then got charged on top of that?? It doesn't seem fair. If I'd known it'd be $15 more for a thin quilt, I wouldn't have brought it. The pricing seems sketchy. The service wasn't super friendly with each visit either. They do have nice smelling detergent however. Will not be coming back. TL;DR: Sketchy pricing/not very accommodating. Will not return. read more

The best laundry Mat I only come here they have plenty of room to fold clothes and lots of machines the staff is awesome and place is always immaculate who ever disagrees is a moron and a cheep bastard oh and btw I find it really funny that the person above did not even leave the name aka the moron read more

Excellent laundromat, only thing is you should not post that your hours are 7:00am-11:00pm and lock the doors 40 minutes before closing. I got off work late and went to pick up my clothes, and Workers were inside folding laundry, I tried knocking and they completely ignored me. This is ridiculous read more

I'm new to the laundromat world, but I've been to a few in the area trying to find 'my laundromat' and I keep coming back to this one. It's clean, never overly crowded & the owners and their employees are always friendly. I didn't really notice a $ difference from the others I have tried. I just wish, and this is for all laundromats, they'd use a cars or something. Having to get & carry around the amount of quarters needed is annoying. But again, this laundromat is clean & friendly. Not sure what the other reviews experienced. Also, the map on Yelp is wrong, this laundromat is on Broadway, across from GTO. read more

Been coming here for years, the cleanest laundromat I've ever been in. You can tell the owners really take pride in their store. Always friendly never once had an issue with service or pricing. (The prices are clearly posted on the wall) I've done drop off too, my comforter & clothes ALWAYS come back folded nicely and smelling wonderfully! Deff recommend coming here !!! read more
