The ladies that answer their phones are extremely rude. I paid for initial service both inside and out. I told them of the issue I have with ants. I called a week after service and told them there is no change and the lady responded by saying, give it time, we can't come every week. I called a week later, and they finally sent someone out. The issue was never resolved. Even though they say they have a guarantee they do not. I cancelled service as the issue remained and they had the nerve to send me a bill for $100. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. Save your money and get service that works and a company who honors their guarantee and don't have rude staff. I have a new company now and wow what a difference. Horrific service and horrific product. read more

After years of decent service, I ended my contract with Massey. Issues started in December, when I received a bill for services outside of my residence. My contract with Massey was for interior services only as my HOA covers the exterior. Several calls to the business lead to know returned calls, no correction in services and no refund of the $75. We have been using Massey irrigation services for years. It started good and went downhill in the past 3 years. As long as you do not have a problem with irrigation service is okay. The guy who came to do the quarterly check in January said the irrigation panel was blank so defective and needed to be changed as well a rain sensor. He said we could only use it only manually per zone. Total fee would cost $539 to change panel and rain sensor. Service would be scheduled as he said they were short of irrigation technicians. It's almost two weeks and haven't heard from the company. I googled how to fix panel and all the zones worked on the scheduled days. I just had to flip the switch from active to bypass and panel worked perfect. Relieved that I was able to save $539. The guy who did the quarterly in Jan said he wasn't the irrigation tech but the sales guy as the company is short of technicians. No wonder. DIY from Youtube. read more

After 3 phone calls for interior infestation issues for my prepaid residence account and being told service will be scheduled but wasn't, I called today to get a refund and to never use this company again. I realize that I would be a fool to try a 4th time to believe them when they promise to come and do their job and I try not to be a fool. After years of using this outfit and be suddenly ignored makes me wonder if this company is about to go out of business. I have been with this company for over 5 + years. I have never been late of missed a payment. Over the years service and the results of my lawn care was excellent. Seem to me this company started to take me and my money for granted. As time went on I seem to be ignored my my service provider and management. I would ask for a service call because of some matter concerning my lawn and would always get it was something I did or my yard cutting services that caused the problem. I would continue to call as issues arise and was told I had to buy additional fertilizer that should've been covered . I finally had it and called in for yellow grass. I got a return call acknowledging my complaint. However no one came to me residence. I called a month later and to this day no one came to my residence to check on my complaint. I called again and asked to speak to the manager in charge Mr Dallas. He promised to come out on a week or so. Because my lawn was at a critical condition I called TRUE-GREEN and they came out immediately and spent over 40 minutes with my concerns. I made a decision to call Massey and I fired them on the spot. Massey doesn't care about the little customer like myself . I guess you have to be a big shot or accept whatever they say when it comes to your lawn care to be happy with the services they offer. I give them a 1 out of 5 Stars. Reggie D. read more

I have been a customer with Massey in Martin County, FL since 2007 and just fired them. Over the last 3 years service has gone heinously down the tubes. Too many last straws in the past several weeks including a service provider showing up on a Sunday claiming he was a manager, a new person arguing with me about knocking spiders down and spraying my shoes with chemical and lying to me when I questioned it, and another person claiming to be a manager throwing a sandwich away in my recycling bin. I am beyond disappointed and just terminated my contract with them. read more

We used Massey Pest Control Services for some time and in November 2023, the service tech came out and sat in my driveway and never got out of his truck. Ring camera verified this and I work from home and never saw him circle the property. They proceeded to charge me, which I disputed with my credit card company and won and I also spoke to Massey directly expressing my concerns. I thought it was settled then. Fast forward to 11/25/24 and to my surprise I receive a collections letter that Massey turned me over to collections for the services they did not provide. I am appalled at the audacity of this company. I would highly suggest you do not do business with such an unethical company. read more

Alex was just here to do the annual termite inspection on our house. He is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We are very comfortable when he does the inspection because he takes care as if he were working in his own home. Joe is on his way to take care of the exterior of our home. We've had excellent pest prevention service from Joe with Massey from the start, but today I'm am especially grateful for their thorough work. Here for routine termite inspection, Jason and Ken took extra time to explain about Old House Wood Borers being common in our area, and to look for the little piles of wood the pests leave. I realized I find little piles of "sawdust" at the base of a distressed "beach-look" end table...sure enough, they had be bag up the piece of furniture and get it out of the house before the borers could spread to other wood. They educated me about what to watch for, and next step they'll take if it turns out the pest spread. Their inspection has us hopeful it was caught in time, whew. Very helpful, very thorough service. read more

Cameron is Awesome!...he stopped by on 4th July weekend on his way out of town to help us. Once he realized how bad our termites were he setup the fumigation. The first fumigation was not effective and we still had live bugs, Cameron continued to follow up on weekends and nights. He setup a second tenting with a different fumigator and that one appears to be successful, no more live bugs. All through the process Cameron was on top of it, making it his sole job until we had the termites dead. Can't say enough about how great Cameron's customer service was. read more

Would give them zero if I could. Did not effectively treat our pest issue, and when we called them back to re-treat they tried to pass off the visit as "quarterly service" and billed us for it. After that no one would call us back, but they sent letter after letter trying to collect their $95.00 quarterly service fee. We notified them that we were canceling our account and they sent our bill ($95.00 mind you) to collections. Worst company I've ever dealt with. read more

Worst company - I do not recommend at all. "Josh", Sales Manager, dishonest and a liar. Stated he had been to my home for annual termite inspection and he had never been there - I work from home and would have seen this inspection - did not even check centurion bait systems. When I questioned him he was arrogant and told me I was paying the annual fee as a warranty of protection - when I asked how how could that be guaranteed if he didn't check the bait (and another company had previously come by for a quote because I was so unhappy with Massey and said the bait needed to be replenished). Even worse, the "VP", Michelle, another arrogant and condescending employee, defended this behavior and refused to return calls. Also, Wesley, the regular bug and rodent guy, is not knowledgeable or skilled in his role at all. He baited rodent traps and didn't set them - thanks for feeding them/inviting them to my home. Also, he couldn't locate a dead rat in my attic and there was a horrible smell in my home. I called another company and they found it in 30 seconds - it was less than a foot from the entrance. Disgusted and cancelled services - run, don't walk away from this horrible company! read more

The management company where I live uses this company, I get charged 25$ a month they never show up, I have cameras in my house, and work from home. Recently I received a letter stating Massy would be coming by to spray and to remove everything from my cabinets (which I did) I was told they would be here between 10am and 2pm the guy showed up at 2:30 said he could do a basic spray because my kid was home. Once he left I put everything in my kitchen back in the cabinets. At about 6 pm I get a letter from management stating my kitchen was a wreck with food everywhere, and I need to clean it up or risk a lawsuit. Really, so I was asked to take everything out my cabinets then this idiot runs to my landlord and complains everything is out of my cabinets. It's cute that your employee tried to snitch me out for something I was told to do, I wonder how much he is pocketing on the side, all in all keep your trash ass employees out of my apartment. read more

I was pretty disappointed with my treatment from Jason McNamara. I don't think I've been treated as badly by a person in a company company as I was with him. Unfortunately one person can ruin an entire companies experience. Won't be using again because of Jason. Massey Services is amazing but I can't put up with a company that keeps someone that treats people the way he does. read more
