Watch these guys, they tow my vehicle around 2-2:30 pm yesterday. I called at 10:30am this morning to get my payment amount and go get my car. Called around 12:00, they said the invoice wasn't ready, they would call me. Wife called 1:30ish and they said it was ready. We got there 2ish, so roughly the car was there under 24 hrs. We were xharged for two day because one day was yesterday and today was 2 days. When you call the menu it asks over 24 hrs or under 24. Pretty much they may have overcharged us. Our truck broke down several miles outside of Powers. After a long walk and lovely University student getting to cell service. My insurance connected me North Bend towing who gave me number for Mast towing. BIG SHOUT OUT to Mast for making the process simple. This tow company is taking advantage of a oregon law that says you have 10 days to call dmv to report the sale if you don't mast brothers doesn't care that you sold it years ago and you didn't abandon it they come after you for fees or threaten to turn you in to collections shame on them read more

On vacation in Winchester Bay, Oregon in our RV and heading home we had motor problems. We limped into the Mast Brothers Towing & Recovery driveway. They got to us right away and found a reliable RV repair shop Bayshore Enterprises, Inc. in Coos Bay. We were towing a trailer/RZR so they towed the RV and trailer separately. Both tow truck drivers were very professional and experts at their jobs. We were very pleased with Mast Brothers Towing & Recovery and highly recommend this company. read more

This company charges for several similar fees. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I didn't choose them and was very sorry anyone did because I ended up with a $1,000 bill afterward with such nebulous charges as LOADED and UNLOADED MILEAGE, Winch Out, Vehicle Hazzard Fee ($176.50) for a Honda Civic, DMV/Lien and $70 Storage per Day. read more

This is the second time I had the unfortunate experience interacting with this towing business. The first time occurred several years ago, when one of my moving trucks got stranded in their territory. I did not have ample opportunity to reclaim the truck before they snatched it off the highway. I found out from the highway patrol who had taken my truck. Calling them up less than a week later, they told me that between the towing and the storage the bill was nearly $1,000 to get my truck back. The truck was only towed a couple of miles to their facility in Bandon. They basically told me that if I didn't want to pay it it was too bad so sad and the truck was theirs. read more

The only reason I gave them a 3 was because the driver was AWESOME. He got my SUV out of the ditch and helped to changed the tire. I would have given a 5 except for the fact the the bill was 630.00!!!!! Really? It wasn't even towed anywhere just pulled it out. I expected a 200.00 bill but not a 630.00 bill that is what is charged for big trucks not a small SUV. read more

so, my son wasn't able to miss a log that a truck dropped in his lane ended up on the other side of the hwy and hit the guard rail. this company was called out to tow his car back to our house- State trooper said because it was an accident, we had to use mast brothers. found out later that was a lie, I wanted to call another tow company and was told no. so Mast brothers came out and towed his vehicle back to our house it was close to 1 mile only and wanted to charge us $500 I told them Ya, I wasn't going to pay that amount because of the distance it was towed - driver said he would reduce it to $300 I didn't realize this company was A "LETS MAKE A DEAL" COMPANY. just seems super shady. I would recommend staying away from this place there are so many better towing places like Expert Towing, d & J Towing. read more
