The price for the car was fair, but the car needed some new tires and a few other minor things that would not have affected the price on most cars that much. However, this is a Maserati. Parts and service on these cars are not cheap. Chris was very attentive when addressing my concerns with the car. Unfortunately, the sales manager and I didn't see eye to eye. I felt the minor flaws diminished the value of the car further than he did. Me and my wife went home that night thinking we were just too far apart to make a deal. Then that same night I received a call from Nik. Nik asked if he took care of the issues I had with the car if I would be interested and taking another look. I told him I would. In just two days I got a call from Chris letting me know that the car was back. We went to look it over and not only did Nik take care of my issues he then asked if he could take another look at my trade himself. After looking it over he came back and offered me more than we originally agreed to. What a class act! So, while at first my trip to the dealership wasn't as I had hoped, I am glad to have been able to meet Nik and see firsthand just how dedicated he is to his customers and his team. Immediately after taking delivery I noticed there was an alignment issue when driving at highway speeds. This made me question that the car had been gone over thoroughly as the salesperson stated. My next visit was for service on a loose sway bar/ noise when cornering. The service manager informs me that the warranty claim was denied for the amount of $800. I started asking question about the amount he was now trying to charge me and what exactly was getting replaced. He backpedaled and lowered the amount for what turned out to be replacing the $100 end links. No wonder the warranty claim was denied. The following visit/ last visit. I bring the car in for check engine light. The car needed a drivers side oil control valve. The service manager tells me the warranty claim was denied for $1200 repair. He then informs me the dealership ended business with this warranty company and that they are now not covering claims as a result. He says I should cancel my warranty with them and try to get a refund. For good reason I look into the repair to get my car back on the road and can't understand how a $300 part direct from Subaru that has 4 bolts fastened onto the bottom of the car will cost $1200. I take the car home and purchased the part from Subaru and spent 20 minutes fixing issue completely. They sold me on a warranty and then abused the warranty company by over estimating repair costs which in turn left me with denied claims. I got 0 value out of the $3500 warranty they sold me on and I have now spent several months trying to get an unknown amount back as a refund. Finally just over a month ago I finally found out what that amount will be a measly $1,700 in which I'm still waiting for. If I had read a review like this to go off of I would have never stepped a foot in their door. Take it as you will... my take is they have zero integrity

After 2 months I gave them an out and i said should i take it to the dealer...............QAS no we got it. after 3 months no worky so i had it towed to the dealer and it was fixed in 2 days. QAS still charged me $700+ and actually erased one of the computers programing yet still only cost $400 at the dealer to fix the whole deal. I will always choose an independent shop on older cars as the dealers are not my cup of tea, but I also expect them to know when they are just wasting time and money and that's exactly what QAS did. to be good you have to know when you are out of your ability and they were way out of their ability on this one.

We decided to tow it back to Ohio and were hit with surprise storage fees that had not been disclosed (The car was towed there... So they may have a sign posted, but storage fees x4 days were never disclosed via written or verbal communication). Back in Ohio, we had the car checked out by a trusted mechanic (who we would've used to repair the engine if that had been his recommendation). It is not the engine. It was loose lug nuts on a tire. At best this is incompetence. At worst, they are criminally ripping people off.

I responded to received advertisement offering free winter inspection. I was "on the alert mode" during the process, due to behavior of 2 man working in the front/office. As presented on attached estimate, I was informed that my car needs a replacement of rear breaks with the routers. Provided cost for this job was $512.71. Later I verified price for the parts if I would choose to move forward, which is approximately $170. I checked condition of my brakes with 2 other shops resulting in the same evaluation: all my brakes are in perfect condition (almost new}. 2nd issue presented to me was leak from Valve Cover Gasket. Replacement of that gasket was priced for $712.77. I check that cost with other shop. Quoted price was $200. Ironically my car didn't need that job as well. The mechanic "doing this inspection" sprayed some fluid excessively, to provide visual evidence. Afterword I monitored level of my oil, especially after longer trips. The level of my oil was and is perfect. After cleaning the fluid sprayed by Skiles Automotive mechanic, there are no more stains under my hood. One of the mechanics re-inspecting my car expressed " that this is outrage and insult to the industry". I agree with 1,000% intensity. I don't know how many people in this shop are involved in this stilling. I had dealing with 3 workers: Joey Garcia ; Service Advisor, Tim Wrightsman : Service Advisor and the mechanic. I am expressing my very sincere compassion to those who were taking advantage off by those "crooks". I would not feel save even park my car there.
