He helped me purchase my 2016 Ford Escape over a year ago, even with a fixed and tight budget. We bought our second vehicle from him last week, a 2015 Chrysler 200. The Chrysler we purchased off the budget lot, yet they still did an inspection on it, detailed it and replaced all 4 tires for us. I truly believe Branden wouldn't sell you a "bad" vehicle and that all the employees take pride in what they do.

It went back to the dealership so the service department could work on it. They've had it for five weeks plus and it still isn't fixed. When they picked it up, it died again and they had to call them to come and look at the truck. It's sitting in a parking lot and still won't run because R&B wanted to tow it back so they could work on it yet again. When they mentioned a lemon law, R&B said they would do what they could to fix the truck, but they didn't know if they could get them out of the loan even though R&B has had it at their establishment more than they've had it at their own . Then they offered to trade but they couldn't guarantee they would get out of the truck what they had to pay for it when they sold them this lemon. These people are dishonest and you should never buy a vehicle from them.

I got my car back after 2-3 weeks of waiting for parts and them to do the labor and i checked it out and there were bolts just laying on top of the bell housing and intake piping was never installed properly. Here we are on October 21st with another blown transmission. Thanks S&H greatly appreciate it I also love dumping money out of my pockets. Must have been a high mileage transmission from a junk yard.

They were amazing and explained everything to us. Second vehicle we shopped around more because we wanted to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted again. We weren't to sure if we wanted to pull the plug and buy another vehicle just yet. We knew we wanted one but didn't need one. The owner was amazing and ran threw options with us on every truck we looked at and told us to come back in a couple days if we still wanted to do it. We'll after a couple days we were dead set we wanted another toy so we went in and got another toy. We are by far happy with how we've been treated both times going here. And hope they continue to do amazingly in their business.

The phone goes directly to a busy signal the moment you call. Including myself I have heard of 3 other people having the same issues where lucky 7 is claiming the title was"lost" in the mail. When we purchased our Mach-E from a local dealer, we had trouble finding a Ford Connected Charger…read more As a retired IT person, I learned that when it comes to electronics, it is best to only have one vendor to deal with, in this case, FORD. We located a charger at Auto Park Ford and their parts department agreed to sell the only one they had to us, even though we were not their regular customer, and the Ford chargers were hard to find. Recently the car showed a fault, and the charger would stop charging shortly after being plugged in. Research revealed that Ford had stopped shipping their chargers right after we received ours due to the fact that they showed a fault and stop charging, the same problem we were now experiencing near the end of our warranty period. I contacted Auto Park Ford Parts. They quickly found the record of the original purchase and then sent us a replacement charger under the warranty. They also reimbursed us for the electrician's charges to install it. If we lived closer to Bremen, IN, Auto Park Ford would be our choice in car dealers.

I asked when it would be in and was told Wednesday January 14th, but that they would call me when it was in for sure. That day came and went and I heard nothing. I reached out again and was told it is still in the shop. Fast forward to today, I reach out to Alex with a "?" as I still heard nothing and was met with a message saying that someone else is scheduled to look at it. I called frustrated and was met with "well, several people reached out before you so we have to go through them first". Never was I told that before today once. If you're looking for a wheelchair van, do not bother with this place as you can wait 2 whole weeks for responses, reach out multiple times, and still get passed over. If I could give zero stars I would. I have attached pictures as proof of lack of response and for when I first reached out. Edit for a reply to their Google reply as I could not reply to it via Google: The owner's response makes this look like a "miscommunication," which is not accurate. Over the course of approximately two weeks, I checked in multiple times and was repeatedly told the vehicle was still in the shop and that I would be contacted when it was available. At no point during that time was I informed that there was a line of interested customers or that others had priority. I chose to end the conversation because trust had already been broken. This dealership had multiple opportunities over two weeks to be transparent and chose not to be. I was not proactively contacted with an apology or clarification; instead, I had to reach out yet again to learn that the vehicle was effectively unavailable. Under those circumstances, it was reasonable to disengage rather than continue working with a dealership that had withheld material information. Also, I am not located in California, I am from Indiana so apologies for that not being reflected accurately.
